Menginap di Wuhan Shimao Hilton Hotel buat kali pertama. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, dan saya menaik taraf bilik untuk saya. Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan bilik pemandangan sungai tingkat tinggi di hotel. Buka langsir dan nampak Menara Kren Kuning. Di samping itu, terima kasih diam atas perkhidmatan anda yang berhati-hati semasa kedai. We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

i absolutely loveeddd my stay in this hotel. the ambience 10/10. the receptionist was so nice, she gave us free breakfast for the next morning. their customer service was so good too and the room looked exactly how it is on the website and even better you can take a lot of pictures in the lounge. a very affordable hotel with a 5 star rating from me. i’m definitely going to book again if i ever come again to wuhan🥹😍

Great location, affordable price, large room with sofa and working desk. Room cleaning is done promptly. Front desk is efficient. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in front of hotel, but the noise doesn't reach my room. Remote volume button doesn't seem to work.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

酒店是新開的。房間大小和價位也算匹配（反正就是很小）。酒店瀰漫著一股甲醛的味道，太新了，直到離店身上都是甲醛味道。 早餐品種很少，烤麪包機還是壞的。 但是酒店有洗衣機健身房咖啡機（咖啡機沒有冰塊）。 這間酒店還好的原因是： 1.地段超級好。酒店建築背面有好多格調很好的飲食店，酒店離步行街很近。 2.酒店有停車場，對自駕太好了！但是因為是市中心，停車場使用不是很方便。但是能停車這點太好了，之前定了旁邊白玉蘭酒店，就是因為沒有停車位我們才換的。 以後還會考慮入住，畢竟位置很好+可以停車，而且以後應該甲醛沒那麼重了。

The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, made-to-order omelets, and much more. It was an absolute culinary delight to start my day with such a sumptuous and satisfying meal. The hotel's gym facilities were also worth mentioning. As a fitness enthusiast, I greatly appreciated having a well-equipped gym that was accessible at any time. The machines were in excellent condition, and the gym itself was spacious and bright. It was a pleasure to work out while enjoying panoramic views of the city. The hotel staff also provided clean towels and water, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable workout experience. Apart from the gym, another impressive feature was the swimming pool. It was a splendid oasis, offering a refreshing escape from the bustling city. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed taking a dip and unwinding after a long day of exploring Wuhan. Throughout my stay, the staff at the Marco Polo Hotel exhibited exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to cater to any needs or inquiries. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone did an outstanding job, ensuring that my stay was unforgettable. Overall, the Marco Polo Hotel in Wuhan City provided an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. From the cleanliness to the delectable buffet breakfast, from the well-equipped gym to the tranquil swimming pool, this hotel surely knows how to pamper its guests. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay and cannot wait to return in the future.

Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.
