Good location, room, and everything else. Close to 2 subway lines, so easy to get to hankou or wuchang side of wuhan. Only negatives one might worry about is that there is no elevator if you are on the higher floors of the wing, or that the shower is not enclosed. Not a big deal to me, but might annoy others.

The hotel is located very close to a Subway station. They have advertised the hotel as a 5 stars hotel at a very low price. The 5 stars part was not true. The picture on their ad was also incorrect. I would give them 3 stars. However, the price was very reasonable and service was good.

地點十分方便，很近洪山廣場地鐵站。酒店雖然比較舊，但卻給人驚喜。住過世界各地不同酒店，只有這間的淋浴室最方便容易的拿到浴巾抹身。另外，可以提供其他物料的枕頭，因為預設的羽絨枕會榻下的，睡得不舒服。前台接受較遲的退房時間，方便住客。整體十分滿意。

先表揚一下大堂經理着實不易，有幾點努力彌補，做得很好： 1.副樓沒有電梯，主動你幫我拎行李上三樓。 2.大堂沒有紙杯和熱水，找人幫我燒水、找紙杯沖中葯。 3.面對房間馬桶未清理的情況，主動來解釋和道歉。 再説説這次入住顛覆我對保利的認知： 1.馬桶尿漬嚴重，馬桶圈上都是。 2.房間臭味也很嚴重，薰的胃疼。 3.説要安靜的房間，臨晨四五點，周邊做工程的車輛聲音太吵了。前台不做任何提醒。 晚上11點到次日6：50，不足8小時，非常糟糕的一次入住體驗😓😓😓

酒店離洪山廣場地鐵站很近，五分鐘的步行路程即可到達，交通十分便捷； 前台工作人員的態度非常友善，效率也很高，check in同check out的過程都很順利； 能看得出酒店有些年頭了，但也經歷了翻新，房間內各項硬件設施都相當完備，總體還是很不錯的水準！ 要説缺點的話，感覺房間裏的空調不是那麼好用，製冷效果差了些。 總之是很不錯的酒店，性價比頗高，值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，我很滿意，服務態度非常好，我遺失在酒店的保温杯，酒店前台經理還幫我郵寄回北京，真的是太感謝了。武漢酒店的管理真是讓人佩服。謝謝！謝謝！謝謝！

1，浴室和洗漱沒有乾濕分離，洗漱無下水，晚上洗澡第二天還沒幹，人都不能進去。 2，隔音差，五點多就被隔壁吵醒。 3，保安服務態度強硬，外賣應該可以送上門，現在都是機器人送餐時代。落伍了。 4，雖然附樓確實便宜些，完全不推薦住。
