飯店附近算是個小商圈,超市,餐廳都不缺.到地鐵要走一小段路,老闆服務很好,用微信都可以即時聯絡和回答,用密碼鎖進房間,房間清潔度還行,但是設備感覺不太行,略嫌老舊.電視放得太低了,不太好觀看.

In addition, Simenkou & Yellow Crane Tower Metro Station is just a short walk away. Seeing Wuhan's sights from this hotel is easy with Hubu Lane, Tan Hualin and CPC Fifth Congress Memorial all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station.
Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”!
There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby.
All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

This hotel has some of the most service-oriented and adorable staff members I’ve encountered in China, and it makes for a very nice stay. Very pleasant atmosphere and general “vibe”, people - both employees and guests - seem to be enjoying themselves here. The breakfast is really good and definitely worth getting. Among standard breakfast buffet offerings, you also order one of 4-5 freshly prepared tasty hot dishes from a very nice lady. It also smells good in the corridors, and the rooms are nice and clean. Will stay here again some day! 😁

Warm and helpful front desk service, very attractive night view. The hotel is close to the road but not noisy. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel close to Jianghan Road and subway station, convenient transportation. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

一進營地先去酒店前台，不得不説是武漢户外酒店的標桿，整個公區非常大，不僅有很多營地過去的故事陳列，還有很多周邊產品可以欣賞，前台小哥哥人很好，聽説我們有點困立馬給我們做了咖啡！
一整個下午我們都在園區閑逛、劈柴、以及拍拍拍！等到晚上感覺氣温降低立馬開始燒火取暖，晚上管家給我們送來了仙女棒和魔法火焰，不知不覺竟然燒到了凌晨兩點！
第二天早上還有管家送上門的早餐，如果不是還要回去上班，真的想在這裏多帶幾天！！

LLove ShrewsburyWow what can i say. This hotel is magnificent. As soon as you pull up to the Silu Tiansi Hotel you could see that it was going to be a good experience. Your luggage is collected outside whilst you check in at the beautiful reception. The staff were wonderful, especially one lady who was always smiling and very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. We were given our room key and our luggage was taken to our room by a very polite gentleman. From the reception area to the rooms, this hotel is very clean, contemporary and remarkable. The room was also beautifully decorated and included a free mini bar. The shower is one of the most powerful showers I have ever used. They also have Dyson hairdryers which was a first. So my wife was happy. Our room included breakfast, but unfortunately due to our early flight we couldn't try it. But what we didn't know when booking, between 3 and 5 there was a buffet style snack area with drinks which was also included in the price. It was really nice after our long journey to have this included. The dining area was also very clean and contemporary. There is a restaurant on the hotel grounds which was fantastic. We ordered 5 dishes for 2 people thinking it would be small portions. They were 5 huge plates which were so delicious. We did finish them though after an hour of eating lol. After having a great night's sleep on the immaculately clean sheets we had to catch our flight at 5 am. Also included with this hotel is VIP transfers to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes people carrier. This would normally cost 70 yuan in a taxi.
I have stayed in hotels all over the world. In London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Spain and many other countries. I have to say this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for value. It was 399 yuan for everything I have said above, which is amazing. If you need a hotel close to wuhan airport, I highly recommend you try this one. You won't be disappointed. See you again in the future and Thankyou! 😀

VVarsenal76Modena is clean and staff are friendly. Unfortunately it’s not near a subway and is a long ways from the airport.
2 complaints:
1) beds are hard. I’ve stayed at Modena in the past. I don’t remember the beds being quite so stiff. But I would think twice before staying again. Uncomfortable beds are a deal breaker.
2) there are 0 USB plugs in the room. The wall sockets are in serious need of upgrading.

LLTHotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

YY Norman WangThe girls at front desk maintained a stern face from time I entered the hotel. In evening, I asked the girls if they could book a taxi for my next morning trip to the airport. One girl responded with a high-pitch voice: ”you want me to get a taxi? Do you want me to run into the middle of the street to stop a taxi you?!” Meaning impossible. I felt astonished. This response to a customer doesn't sound like that by a so-called International Hotel.

YYee KwanBEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE.
We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel.
Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly.
Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message,
”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.”
We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK.
So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

MMr. Alex2045this is a well established hotel just beside of the well known pedestrian street Jianghan, just 5min walk to metro station, with rent bicycle available all around station and beyond. Lawsons is also very near.Hotel lobby is of a grand classical style and lifts fitting royals, room amenities more than one can expect, all was just amazing. Pagoda and bridge was the best. but Jianghan street daily overcrowded, with 5x more ppl than it can accommodate, same with Gode temple.
