Lushan West Sea Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

We stayed at Lushan West Sea Resort at the end of June this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a pool villa with sea views and were blown away by the quality and size of the villa, the beautiful private pool and of course the sea view. The service and care we received at the resort was very good. We were a bit worried on our first night, as when we went to the restaurant the wait staff kept telling us that they did not have any of the dishes we wanted to order available. From a multiple page menu, it seemed that only a few items were actually available. Luckily, our driver, Vincent, who helped us get around the resort came to the rescue and came up with a plan. He helped communicate with the chef to develop a menu for our stay which had all the items that would be available. He then helped us to pre-order our dinners each night to guarantee the food we wanted would be ready on our arrival. We also want to mention that once we arrived at the restaurant each night, our waitress, Laura, provided us with amazing service. She was always friendly and attended to our needs with a smile. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

酒店環境超級好！房間設定合理，寬敞明亮，床品柔和，睡覺很舒服！員工服務非常到位！基本上把客人的需要都想到了，並且會及時跟蹤。前台的妹子Ellen、Yami和ida小鄒很熱情，給我們非常詳細的介紹了酒店的各種設施和服務內容，有一種好朋友般的温暖。經過的員工不論是園藝工人還是其他的工作人員遇到都會熱情招呼，詢問是否需要幫助，感覺員工培訓做得很好，素質都很高。

臨時和好友聚一下，套房太合適了。聊天，看日出，騎行，拍照。房間合理，風景優美，開窗見湖，安靜清新，服務到位。前台幾個都很好，Ellen和Yami和ida小鄒，有問必答，耐心講解設施和解決問題。非常好的體驗，下次帶上家庭再聚。

房間很大很乾凈，視野很好，可以看到整個湖面，帶了泳鏡泳褲去體驗游泳館，泳池也很乾凈，入住辦理的很快，全程車接車送，前台Yami、ida小鄒和Ellen服務不錯，第二次來這邊度假了，還是一如既往的熱情！

設施：非常齊全的酒店設施 環境：這家酒店環境非常適合度假，西海邊上，整體非常安靜宜人 下次出遊還會選擇廬山西海希爾頓在房中就能欣賞風景，房間採光很好，全程酒店有小車接送遊玩

第一次入住，本以為目的地途中的簡單休憩地，入住後意外，竟有如此境地，喜來登酒店管理下，將自然環境的靜，美融入到對賓客的尊重和呵護，特別是酒店Ellen女士，讓本地入住喜愛甚佳，以後都市生活疲憊了，可以繼續來住。
