酒店今年剛剛裝修，看外觀很豪華大氣，一進門就有帥氣的小哥哥幫忙拉行李箱，前台小姐姐小哥哥服務態度特別熱情特別好，感覺就跟回家了一樣，房間衞生環境都很不錯，阿姨的服務也很到位，一進房門還送了水果，總之我就沒有不滿意的地方，感覺特別好，以後來無錫還是會選擇入住這家酒店，真的很滿意很喜歡，非常推薦大家來入住

莎莎客服很温柔。入住前客服很貼心，特意給小朋友準備了小人拖鞋以及小人牙刷，這點非常感謝，很周到。
另外健身房洗衣房設備齊全的，有需要的小夥伴可以隨意使用。
順便帶一句，早餐很豐富，麪條很好吃哦。
退房時客服還雙手遞給我家小子一份禮物，禮物雖輕卻處處彰顯希爾頓酒店人文素養很高，處處有温情。此次旅途用我家小子一句話:我住這裏很開心，真是美好的回憶啊！

JJennifer LeeWe enjoyed our stay here. The suite was huge and really made us comfortable - and being on the 5th floor we had a lovely view too.
Breakfast was perfectly adequate - fruit, yoghurt, a few pastries, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, and the usual Chinese fare.
The pools and hot springs were lovely too but limited shade at the pools. Because both outdoor pools are completely uncovered, you're swimming in luke warm water by 10am. There is also limited seating - with metal chairs, mostly left in the sun. More shade would make it even better. But the pools are clean and we loved our swimming time. The other thing I found annoying - the hotel is not cheap but you still have to pay an additional fee to rent the floaties - this would be a lovely free thing.
Lunch was reasonable - only a limited choice of Chinese dishes. Dumplings and sweet and sour pork were delicious. Dinner was a bit disappointing. Very few dishes available, otherwise only barbecue. The meat offered was quite fatty and overpriced. Beer was well priced but could have been colder.
Staff were friendly and helpful although no English, so if you can't speak Chinese, this will make it difficult.
We will stay again.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed on the christmas night and it was wonderful. Xeniya was so helpful, professional and so friendly. She helped us a lot and meet out expectations. Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Check in and check out processes were smooth and thanks to sheryl. Breakfast had lot of variety with western and asian. Swimming pool wss great as well. Room was spacious and well equipped. I have no hesitation to recommend this and i suggest to reach out to Xeniya for any need during the stay. She will be very helpful and i am sure she will make the stay a memarable one

TTeresaLocation is superb, convenient to travel to most places of interest with nearby (within walking distance of 100 - 500 metres) many food options (using DianPing app would be an excellent way to look for well reviewed restaurants / services). The building consists of Tower A and Tower B. The hotel is in Tower A with the entrance marked as in the picture (with the green '100', black statue, and M cafe as landmark to guide you to the correct entrance). Check in is on the 28th Floor. Room is huge and well partitioned, comfortable for 2 pax. Kitchen with stove provided but no cooking utensils. Sink comes with regular tap and a water-filter tap. Fridge is spacious. Washer provided too (I didn't use it). Communication with hotel via WeChat which was efficient. Only complaints are: 1. pillows were too thin and 2. bath and WC drainage not so good that the hotel needs to look at solving it. One last personal advice is to opt for lower-mid level room, I stayed on the 16th, coz if staying much higher up, then lift taking may require more time. I forego the night scene for time saving.). Overall, a good experience staying in this hotel.

Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

XXuehaochihaoduoshuijue離盪口古鎮步行1km左右，很不錯的一家酒店，周邊是別墅羣（如圖3），周遭環境很安靜，房間很大，沒有異味，衞生間做了乾濕分離，很不錯！早餐可選擇種類挺多的，能滿足中西式早餐需求！（甚至還有我很喜歡吃的穀物和麥片哈哈哈），旁邊也有微波爐供使用，想喝熱牛奶，熱椰汁可以自己用微波爐加熱～環境優美安靜，價格優惠，就我個人而言，我覺得性價比相當的高！去盪口旅遊住宿首選這家就對了！
