酒店乾淨整潔，房間很大也舒適，整個房間都是智能化場景，點睡覺、起床等會自動開關燈拉窗簾。前台接待的小姐姐都特別熱情，還幫忙推薦旅遊路線。還貼心地準備了小水果和送的飲料，實在是太貼心了。天氣熱，還特意準備了備用房卡，以防出門時空調關閉房間裏太熱。第二天的早餐也不錯，餐廳環境很好。

第一次入住這個酒店，也是機緣巧合選擇了這家酒店，要誇讚一下前台小姐姐，服務態度很熱情，耐心回答我的問題，還給我安排了靠中間的房間，很安靜，貼心的提醒可以免費停車，酒店有機器人，點外賣可以直接送到房間，非常方便，距離黿頭渚很近，馬上櫻花季到了，推薦入住棧美酒店.

設施：很好，冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、洗衣液、涼衣架、簡易廚房等應有盡有！ 衞生：房間、被罩、衞生間都很乾凈： 環境：鬧市區，周邊超市、風味小食很多！ 服務：還行，閃住，退房，開票都很方便。衹是停車是收費的，晚上19點停進去，第二天早上9點離開，停車費17元，還能接受！

The hotel was great for a one night stay. It wasn’t too far from the location we intended to go to.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom serviced apartment and were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in the room, especially the appliances. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space. The buffet breakfast was well-presented and tasted pleasing however I would have like latte as an option and it would be good to have children’s crockery and cutlery as this was missing as well as regular spoons which made eating cereal and yoghurt a little inconvenient. These small additions would definitely improve the experience. The children’s play area was great for our 3 year old to have fun for an hour or so too, as well as the swimming pool. We did have to pay to park our car but it wasn’t expensive. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

實話實説: 經常訂馨樂庭，前幾次還比較滿意，大堂的香氛也很滿意。這一次有些一言難盡，主要在兩點: 一、這次安排的套房和隔壁房間之間竟然有一扇門。三更半夜還能聽見隔壁房間正常説話、拖鞋在地板上走動的聲音。而且，這樣降級的房間佈局，其價格和正常房間一致。建議你們把這種有門的房型作為單獨選項、適當降低價格，以文字明確説明中間有門。由消費者自由選擇是否願意以低價忍受這種房型。現在這種行為是在欺瞞顧客。 二、自助早餐，實在一言難盡。種類不是特別豐富，這倒可以忍受，但是，蛋炒飯又幹又硬、有些米粒夾生、沒鹽沒味。茶葉蛋（非水煮蛋）剝開殼，就是水煮蛋的口味，沒有任何茶葉蛋的味道。導致我們不加醬菜無法下嚥。你們的早餐想走中式風格或西式風格都可以，但是不要變成不中不洋，霸凌我們的味蕾。 發現一個甲蟲、電視的機頂盒是我自己連上的（衹能看有線，不是網絡電視） 總結: 最好不要選到中間有門的房間，自助早餐不推薦、電視衹有有線。其它都很好，房間面積大和新、氣味好聞。

The hotel is located just at the West entrance of Jiangnan University. It's not a new hotel, but the restaurant is great, the natural beauty of the surroundings is extremely enjoyable, the staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms are ample and cozy. I always enjoy my stay there. It's ideal for solo runners.
