Good experience and a wonderful stay at Wuxi Holiday Inn Express. Overall staff are friendly. Good location with public transportation of buses and metro station nearby which can bring guests going round visiting many places. Only about 12km from Wuxi Sunan Shuofang airport which took about half an hour to reach airport. It is a pleasant stay. Thank you.

The hotel have friendly staff especially the front desk Miss Monica  very friendly and helpful.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Quite nice hotel, Friendly staff but location is still in development. Rooms were clean and had enough Facilities but charge quite high fee for using. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Although we did not get to enjoy much beyond the hotel room, what we did experience was very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the hotel room itself was comfortable and clean.

The hotel environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. The subway is not far from the hotel, and it is very close to the attractions of Huili Ancient Town. Vicky, who checked me in, was considerate and enthusiastic. During the check-in, the room was a little hot. Vicky changed the room for me in time and apologized to me. The rest of the hotel was very good. The front desk staff were very good!

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. Vicky's service is excellent, enthusiastic and efficient, and basically meets all requests. The main thing is that the room rate is affordable and parking is free. I am very satisfied with my stay. The two rooms are arranged together, and the environment is very good. The buffet in the restaurant is also very good. The restaurant environment is clean, the dishes are rich, and the ingredients are fresh. The crayfish festival has 5 kinds of crayfish, which are very popular with guests. Especially the pickled crayfish, which has a unique taste, sour and fresh, and has a local flavor, which is especially popular with guests.

The front desk staff Ava was nice. She asked if we needed an invoice. She upgraded our breakfast during our stay. The room was well-equipped and had good facilities. It was surrounded by the starting station of the subway, so it was very convenient to travel!
