Excellent customer service. In particular, Ms Tangyuan at the Front Desk who has gone extra miles to help us. We have a wonderful stay at Wuxi, thanks to the hospitality, services by the hotel.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! We will stay at Atour again the next time we visit Wuxi. 我们在亚朵度过了愉快的时光。房间干净整洁，宽敞明亮，还能看到漂亮的夜景。地理位置也很方便，可步行至直达景点的地铁站公交站，和许多好吃的馆子。前台的工作人员特别棒，不仅在入住和退房时给了我们可爱的小礼物，还给我们的出行计划很多很好的建议，这让我们对无锡和亚朵都留下了深刻的印象。谢谢你，柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 和韩函！

Room is nice, clean and functional. Our family especially love the bed and pillows. The location is very right in the city Centre. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very enjoyable. The only downside is the lift. There is only one lift in the hotel. So lots of traffics in peak time.

I met with 2 pretty girls at front desk of hotel (one is Tangyuan, another call Baichen), they have good service experiences and attitude to serve every customer who came to hotel. I have good memories with them. I will book this hotel once we go to Wuxi of China again.

This hotel is in an excellent central location near public transport links. There is plenty around it. It stands out as a budget hotel that takes pride in offering a service beyond that normally expected of a budget hotel. The rooms are just the right size and well designed. There is a very good shower which, unusually for a hotel, does not leak. The soaps and shampoos are nice. The towels are very good for a hotel in this price range as is the linen on the comfortable beds. There are blackout curtains and the rooms are quiet. I liked the way there were four bottles of water (and I was given another at checkout). The staff were helpful and pleasant, including a couple of the cleaning staff who I met in the corridor. I will not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Wuxi. Minor issues were the lack of a fridge (I like cold water) and a bizarre room numbering system. For example 8512 in on 5F. I'm not sure what the 8 is for.

快到入住時間前台小姐姐 會先打電話確認時間和酒店地址 ，前台兩位小姐姐非常和藹 詢問了一些買特產和旅遊地點問題解答的也很耐心，臨走退房時是兩位前台小哥哥，主動詢問我房間如何還送給了我紀念品。再來無錫還會住這家店，早餐也好吃 ，地點也好出行地鐵公交都很方便，酒店對面就是恆隆等大商場 。

出門基本首選亞朵，這次超幸運升了房型，非常感謝！前台小哥哥辦入住很細緻周到，非常加分～房間靠近馬路，所以晚上休息會稍微有點吵，但房間裏有配備耳塞，也是很貼心了～最大的亮點—落地窗！我真是太喜歡了，早上打開窗簾陽光全部照進來那一刻，心情💯退房的時候碰到了打掃阿姨，很熱情地打了招呼還提醒外面很熱，總之一切都超滿意！

端午出遊無錫訂了三陽亞朵酒店，地理位置優越，對面就是恆隆廣場，吃東西出行都很方便，入住時候直接給升級高級房，謝謝前台小樂，還有柏辰、可可，下次還會考慮入住這家！
