Near Shenglimem Metro station. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated lobby. Recommended.

This is a modern and clean hotel. Rooms provide smart devices to control TV and AC, there are also earplugs and slippers for guests to use. There is free laundry and a small gym too. Breakfast is average but it is free.

The hotel is per our expectations. The room is clean and we are ok.

Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English) The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device. Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station) The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

推薦推薦，位置特別好，打車公交地鐵都方便，周邊有大商場，吃飯購物方便，去幾個重要景點都很方便。裝修時尚大氣，很有調調，智能家居，夜宵特別好吃哈，智能機器人很可愛，可以送物品、外賣。早餐也不錯，品類不少，現煮麪條餛飩很贊，會推薦給朋友

地理位置：非常方便，距離無錫站兩站地鐵，下地鐵走五分鐘就到酒店，去惠山古鎮南長街都不算遠。 房間：大床房的話房間比較小一點，但是早餐到12點就很好，早餐餐品也還算不錯，可以睡到自然醒。酒店暖氣很足，晚上10點-11點還有免費的宵夜。 因為之前去昆明的時候住過這家，所以這次又選了這家，整體性價比很高，退房還送了小零食。

房間特別小，根本不值400多。普通連鎖經濟酒店除了裝修是年輕人喜歡的款式（個人覺得一般），服務是熱情的，硬件設施及衞生條件很差，洗澡的地方還反水上個廁所腳都是濕的。不會再住。送的水果都是爛的。水龍頭是開房就這樣的，反正就住一晚，也就不多説什麼了，感覺好評是刷出來的。避雷。

設施：齊全 大堂有豐盛且美味的早餐 房間裏有充足的水，還有免費的飲料。感覺很上星級。還有智能語音管家。 衞生：乾淨整齊。 環境：在市中心。去哪裡都方便。 服務：入住當天的接待小郭，熱情周到且不輸五星級酒店的專業服務。 離店還給了小禮物。超讚華住旗下品牌酒店。

來無錫出差就在這酒店連着住了三晚，位置處於市區，交通方便，旁邊就是崇安寺，地段確實不錯。酒店的早餐在大廳吃，住了這麼多次酒店還是第一次遇到，品類不多，不算豐富，但是有幾個菜每天不重樣，最喜歡吃小籠包，每天都會吃一籠。值得一提的是這酒店還有免費夜宵，22-23點提供，確實加分，不過只有餛飩。 房間的空調温度沒法調，這一點很討厭，手動也設定不了，小度語音控制也不行，關也關不了，房間温度一直保持在31度左右，熱瘋了，晚上半夜被熱醒一身汗，開窗通風也沒用，窗户衹能開一絲縫隙，風吹不進來。 電視也衹能投屏看或者有線電視，看不了網絡電視，減分！投屏還賊卡！
