Ulasan Wuzhishan Yatai Rainforest Hotel

Perfect stay in the amazing surrounding. Huge terretory with villas, swimming pool and a little zoo build in a tropical landscape. The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the national rainforest park. The stuff is super supportive. We were upgraded to the room on the 5th floor with a remarkable view on the mountains. Also, Mr Sam help us to plan and book our futher travelling in the surroundings. Thank you for our outstanding vacation!

The hotel is close to the rainforest park, but far away from the city. The room is spacious and clean. The gym equipments are old. The outdoor pool is nice. The parking lot at the front of the hotel is very small. The staff are friendly. The buffet breakfast is expensive for its quantity.

Unbelievable scenery! Stunning surroundings and great service

A much needed weekend staycation in Hainan. Hotel is in a gorgeous location - set in the tropical rainforest. Very large grounds. Helpful and accommodating staff. Bath tubs and heated blankets for the cooler months. We had a fantastic guide who took us on a walk just outside of the hotel and into the rainforest. You can do a shorter loop or you can continue up and up and up lots of stairs- it is a good workout. The path is not 100percent complete / or not open right at the top so we went to a little door and back down again. I very much enjoyed this walk. Our helpful guide provided with walking sticks and helped with photo opportunities. After the the walk he showed us a a temple and gallery located in the hotel’s grounds. The gallery kindly provided us with our very own tea ceremony and the views from the small room of the mountain was lovely.

Great location right next to National Park and only place that has special process to bring foreigner into the park (which normally is not possible anymore). Nice view possible from the room, but always depends on the weather :) Restaurant service due to Chinese new year was a bit messy, but welcoming-cultural dance and helpful staff made an overall great stay.

Poor service. Rest of the Hotel was nice. Nice location, nice outside area inside rainforest. We checked in advance to make sure they accept foreigners and they did. But they didn’t bother telling us that the national park that this hotel is in, doesn’t really allow foreigners to hike up the mountain (which is the only reason you’d really go to that park). They only told us by letting us sign a piece of paper at check-in that states we wouldn’t try to climb the mountain as it’s not allowed for foreigners. So we stayed only for a night and left again - disappointed.

Pretty location, good service, clean rooms - but very cold and damp in December with no heating in the rooms. Probably a great place in the summer, but I would not recommend it during winter.

Nice location for visitors with cars, otherwise very hard to truly checkout the beautiful region. A big rainforest park is right next to the hotel but doesn’t take foreign guests which was a huge disappointment for my family.

環境：空氣是真的好，感覺換了一個肺一樣，有雲的夕陽美爆了。 設施：泳池的水超棒，説是山泉水游完泳皮膚滑滑的。就是這段時間有點太冷了。還有免費健身房和寫字畫畫的地方，突出一個修身養性。 這邊的大葉紅茶也很不錯，印象深刻。 👍🏻

酒店環境很不錯，其最大的亮點在於它位於山中，緊鄰景區大門。不過，酒店房間內的設施略顯陳舊，而且價格偏高，性價比相對較低。此外，酒店距離水滿鄉政府有 5 公里，位置較為偏僻，需要有車才能解決交通問題。

這次出遊，巧遇颱風潭美邊上風雨，打亂了計畫，提早到了五指山亜泰雨林酒店，酒店客服一聽我們的情況，主動幫我們聯上攜程。 接下來也因颱風，酒店經理給我們以最優惠的價格每日續住。 酒店的早餐，絕對一流。房客不多，但中西食物皆齊。 在這裏，也可打10車，到水滿鄉看看，吃個午餐，也是不錯的主意。 我們連續住了六日才遇上陰天，得以登五指山。 也因颱風，我們見到了水量非比尋常，飛流直下三千尺的瀑布。 酒店是唯一一間在景區的酒店，離登山售票口100m左右。 住在這間酒店，就如同住在氧吧。 感謝酒店經理和團隊，在我們”滯留”期間，對我們，如同家人，親切的慰問。 下次再來，也定選這個氧吧！

酒店就在國家公園裡麪，超級棒的入住體驗，本來衹預訂了一天，最後又延住了，酒店環境超級棒，感覺就在氧吧中，服務也非常好，特別是大堂副理吳玉剛，超級貼心周到，不僅贈送了五指山的門票，還一直為我們解決入住過程中的各種問題。五指山之旅真的是這次行程的特別驚喜。

房間設施舊一些，但乾淨整潔，視野直麪五指山峯！位置就在五指山熱帶雨林公園旁邊，登山很方便。酒店環境幽雅，隱藏在熱帶雨林之中，空氣清新涼爽！服務也很周到！由於是淡季人少，早餐略顯單調！中餐廳的套餐很棒，量大，我們倆人沒有用完，餐廳為我們收起，晚上加熱再用！不浪費很暖心！點贊！

驚喜 風格是濃郁的黎家特色 非常融入整個雨林環境 颱風原因沒有完成登上五指山的願望 但是但就酒店就很好了 下次一定再來
