No 13A sockets within reach of the bed. Means I could not use my CPAC machine to supply air to enable me to sleep safely. So spent the night drinking coffee. Not good value for money.

Lovely stay welcoming the 3 ladies we’re all amazing and spot on they got it covered and Rich the guy there I left one of my belongings and he was honest and handed it back to me ! So all in all all good would definitely return back at another time! Adam

This is a normal Travelodge but the staff were lovely. Really liked the cats that live there, Boris is very friendly. No food but the Indian restaurant opposite is very nice and has English food if you don't like curry. Free parking and a convenient location

There was a mix up with my booking but Bev was actually incredible and found solutions at every hurdle - she occurred quite a few! She is one of the kindest people that I have come across and dealt with the whole situation professionally and with a smile on her face!

We are here due to unfortunate circumstances of being made homeless after eviction. We were placed here by the council and can’t speak highly enough of the staff from the manager Nat, to the night staff man Connor and the receptionists we have met, no one can do enough for you and their is no judgement. Just really nice people who have compassion for those going through a tough time. Although I have never been in this type of position before and feel like a hinderance the team here have been understanding and sympathetic to our situation. If and when In a position too I would stay here if I ever needed too and hope to be able to keep in contact with the amazing team.

I’ve stayed in a lot of travel lodge hotels and this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem that was so badly handled spoke to very rude and worst of all I was spoken to like that by a housekeeper when it should have been management issue I’ve been a housekeeper for years and have worked in the best rated hotels and I’ve never been or seen anyone handle a situation like that

From the time we walked through the doors of Hartlebury travelodge we were made to feel unbelievably welcome. All the staff we have met over our stay have been very polite and helpful. Nothing is a problem. My wife and I both have agreed that this is the best travelodge we have ever stayed in. Many thanks to Natalie, Bev, Pauline and all the rest of the team.
