Environment: The hotel is right by the Bahe River, offering a great environment, fresh air, and beautiful scenery.
Facilities: As a new hotel, all the facilities and equipment are brand new, which I particularly liked.
Hygiene: Initially, I was quite worried after reading other comments about rooms having an odor, especially since it's a new hotel. However, to my surprise, there was absolutely no smell in the room. Plus, the housekeeping department was very thoughtful to provide an air purifier. Even though it wasn't needed, this gesture was very heartwarming. When checking in, the front desk even gave my child a mini mooncake, as it was close to the Mid-Autumn Festival š„®. After checking in, a gentleman with a golden key on his uniform helped us with our luggage to our room, explaining the hotel facilities, restaurant specialties, and operating hours along the way.
Service: When we returned to our room after the buffet dinner, the turndown service was already done, and the housekeeping staff had placed a Xi'an-style 'Roujiamo' (meat burger) plushie by the bed! I also have to mention the dinner buffet ā the food was excellent, especially the steak with creamy mashed potatoes! It was incredibly delicious, and the steak had a lovely milky flavor. The chef cooked it perfectly tender. So much myoglobin! There was also pan-seared foie gras, which melted in your mouth and was paired with fruit, making it sweet but not cloying. The thick-cut salmon was fresh and succulent! The Spanish ham was truly delicious, and it was very pleasant to enjoy the food with a few drinks. The restaurant staff were prompt in clearing dishes and very responsible.
Service: The next day, because my child absolutely loves swimming š, we went to the hotel's fitness center. The pool water was incredibly clean, with excellent visibility. My child happily soaked in the small hot tub for a massage, then swam in the main pool. We completely lost track of time and almost missed check-out. Luckily, Anita from the main switchboard was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing I had a child, she extended our check-out time. Also, when our key card didn't work for the room door, she proactively added me on WeChat and asked me to inform her after our swim so she could contact staff to open the door for us.
Upon check-out, Lillian at the front desk spoke softly, handled the procedures skillfully, and was very sweet. Before we left, she gave my child another 'Roujiamo' plushie. This experience was truly perfect and incredibly good value for money! Highly recommended, and I will definitely come again.
