Great location, right in the centre and close to 钟楼 and subway line 2. The hotel staff were super friendly and for any non-Chinese speaking travellers, most staff seemed to be able to converse in English. The complimentary drinks were a great little addition and made our stay even more enjoyable! Breakfast was a bit basic but acceptable considering the price. Would recommend

A Japanese style hotel on a quiet street in the city center. The room was small and cozy, every detail was well thought out, down to the hair brush and toothbrushes! The breakfast, coffee, and cocktails were all amazing. The staff were super kind and sound like they love being there. The whole vibe was calm, I could’ve stayed in all day 😁

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. They are able to provide most of the information that we needed during our stay. Room was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast and also drinks during the evening. There are many eateries around the hotel. It is located within walking distance of the famous 钟楼.

Excellent! Within walking distance to Bell Tower, Drum Tower and Muslim Quarters. Staffs are courteous and always helpful. The rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable bed & pillows. Will definitely visit again whenever I'm in Xi'an.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street in the centre of Xi'an. Rooms are beautifully designed. The vibe of the hotel is a cool combination of mostly young travelers. Breakfast is basic, but it's free, so no complaints! Laundry is free, but there is only one machine which is in use most of the time.

This hotel is a gem. My room was super cute and state of the art (modern toilet, projector in lieu of TV, lightning). The staff is extremely friendly. You get a free cocktail every evening, a free barista coffee in the afternoon and all soft drinks are free at all times. Cute outside inner courtyard with birds. Highly recommended.

Wonderful accommodation with great attention to detail. Everything has been thought through. The cleanliness is remarkable and the staff very attentive and helpful. Service is extremely generous! The guest is the full focus and satisfaction is definitely a given here. The rooms are beautifully furnished and everything you need can be found. You have to see and use the roof terrace! The tea rooms are also full of attention to detail! I can wholeheartedly recommend it. 100/10 ❤️

Great location, outstanding service, make me feel at home. Room is cozy and the facilities are of high quality. Free coffee during the day and wine in the evening, unlimited drinks and snacks. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely come back again.
