Ulasan Jingyu Smart Hotel

The location is good. The metro is walking distance. A lot of street food and restaurants around the corner.

This was my first time staying solo in a hotel in China. And what a lovely experience! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even though my Chinese is limited. I had no issues at all! I felt very safe at all times. The room was very large and the bed was so comfortable!! There was a bathtub and desk And good AC. The room was kept tidy and they restocked the water and even orange juice in the fridge!  they also offer a handful experience for a reduced price which was definitely worth it! The women who did the handful experience were so friendly!! I would 100% recommend this hotel! It’s also very easy to find on the map as it is so close to the ancient city wall, within walking distance to the Bell Tower and close to a lovely park and convenience shop . 

Very clean, friendly stuffs, few minutes away from metro station and 2 mins away from a bus stop. There are a lot of shops nearby, close to the bell tower and Gulou tower. Enjoyed my stay thank you!

Very good location, inside the city walls, very close and easy access to bus and subway stations, lots of places to eat and food stores around. The room was quite comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the staff was very nice. I liked it so much that I extended my stay in the hotel.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel and every part of it !! Excellent Location, just a few minutes walk from metro and exactly 2 mins walk from bus stand. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Amazing Room amenities and services. Automatic curtains, big screen TV, great water pressure in the shower. All in all we had such a good time, almost didn’t want to leave and felt like extending our stay. They have in house washing machine That’s free to use. Breakfast is not great but we were still able to get some coffee, juice and eggs and that was great. One of our other favourite part was water dispensing machine inside our room !! Just great

Great for the price Rooms are spacious enough with a small dining area and a fridge Cleanliness is really good for a hotel in China and the cleaning ladies are adorable Location is close to the city wall and not far from the metro station I recommend

The hotel is conveniently located within the city walls, with close proximity to restaurants and convenience stores. But the standout feature is the staff. They're extremely kind and helpful. There's also a free laundry machine (and detergent and dryer as well) for guests to use. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel offers great value for money! It's my second time staying here and the customer service is consistent. Some rooms have washing machines so if you need one, might as well request it in advance. there's also laundry detergent provided!

Excellent location, very accessible and near all means of transportation. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with lots of details like a projector screen for tv, needle and thread, among other things. Washing machine and soap for cleaning available. The only thing to improve is the connection to the internet. The staff at reception was very supportive and helpful when requested. 100% recommendable.

A very good hotel! All facilities are jn good condition and complete. You even get a washing machine in the room and the service is awesome. A perfect stay!

Great hotel, the room is clean and good looking just like the pictures. Breakfast is good. The beds are confortable. Ideally placed in the center of Xi'an with easy access to subway. Great quality for money, I recommend.

Good and clean rooms. Staff is very kind and willing to help you in anything you need. They are very supportive and patient. I totally recommend it.

The hotel is very noisy early mornings and late evenings and smells of smoke everywhere. The smell is in the lifts, the corridors and the rooms. Its everywhere and its really horrendous when you are a non smoker. The main corridor’s carpet needs a good clean. The aircon did not work properly and breakfast ends super early.
