Nice hotel and gentle staff

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

Confortable, cozy and nice de orated small hotel

. Man Xin Changanli Hotel Xi'an Bell tower was a gorgeous and modern hotel. The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more "natural" and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great location, directly located at the city wall. lots of nice bars around in this area. Clean and good equipped rooms.

Incredible position, inside the City Wall, close to the South Gate and walking distance from the Great Mosque. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast very good and complete. Definitely recommended!!!

Nice design, service was good, highlight is the rooftop bar.

入住之前 大概瞭解了一下位置 入住之後發現地理位置絕佳 地處 湘子廟街 200米處就是湘子廟 酒店下有個燒烤餐廳 穿過去 居然就是城牆根 有幾家有味道的餐廳 螺獅粉火鍋推薦 步行鐘樓 鼓樓 書院門 開元商城 非常方便 酒店復古裝修 小巧而精緻 底藴濃郁 房間內 茶道 書吧 很有意境 服務也是相當不錯 配有管家 微信聯繫需求即可 下午茶味道也不錯 酒店四層 露天酒吧與城牆一牆之隔 傍晚上去 吹吹城牆的晚風 真的很愜意

位置非常好，去德福巷和湘子廟街都很近，步行去永定門和書院門也不遠。周圍吃的店也很多。最喜歡酒店的早餐，套餐形式，但是品種很多。房間設施都很新，4層的花園可以直接看到城牆，非常舒適！下次來西安還會選擇這裏！

酒店在湘子廟街裏面，逛街很方便。房間寬敞，服務到位，態度非常好！枕頭可舒服了，安安靜靜睡的也好！小冰箱的冰峯免費喝！淋浴温度也好，空調給力！贈送的下午茶也很好喝，屋頂可以看城牆夜景。總之，很滿意呢！

這次訂的酒店真的超出預期的好，首先地段位置非常好，離城牆、鐘樓、湘子廟都很近，旁邊就是德福巷，拍照吃東西都非常舒服。另外就是酒店的配套設施都很好，每天有精美的下午茶送到房間，早餐也非常精緻，幾天不重樣。前台的小哥哥和小姐姐都非常熱情，會發西安的攻略給我們，酒店隔壁的馬樂烤肉也是非常的驚艷。下次來西安一定還會選這家酒店，因為選對了酒店整個旅途都會省心舒服很多。

位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，房間寬敞明亮，佈置得非常舒適。床品柔軟乾淨，讓人一夜好眠。設施齊全且先進，無一不體現出酒店的用心。 服務更是無與倫比。工作人員熱情友好，專業周到。無論是前台的快速辦理入住和退房，還是客房服務的及時響應，都讓人感受到賓至如歸的温暖。 酒店前台小姐姐都是穿着漢服工作，漂亮温柔，我們出去玩還都幫我們洗衣服烘衣服，細心周到，感謝😊

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，前台小管家服務很用心，房型也很舒服，非常適合打卡和拍照，四樓露台可以看到城牆，夜景很棒房間隔音效果不錯，贊哦，下次還會再來！
