Ulasan Xian PuYi Hotel

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

. Man Xin Changanli Hotel Xi'an Bell tower was a gorgeous and modern hotel. The room was beautifully designed in warm colors and there was plenty of seating area--including a cute little tatami sitting area. The windows were floor-to-ceiling, with automatic curtains that move with a slight tug. The staff were very friendly. The view outside the window is an interesting picture of the city wall, but it wasn't very pretty--just the brick wall and little bit of the events on the top. The beds were too firm for me, but I'm used to softer beds. My friend said it was fine for her though. Despite how beautiful the room is, I would not stay there again. The temperature in the room would not go below 29c, even with the air conditioner turned on. When asked if they could come fix the A/C, the staff said this room was more "natural" and people don't really use it, so there wasn't anything they could do. We had to open the windows to keep cool. Additionally, the air conditioner was so loud that when I first heard it, I thought someone was rolling a cart down the cobblestones outside the hotel window. It was almost as loud as the construction happening directly outside our window. Speaking of the construction, it didn't start until 7 or 8 pm at night and went through until 3-4am. Couldn’t close the window without turning the room into a hotbox, so it was extremely noisy between the sounds of the machinery and the workers shouting over it. I'm a light sleeper, so it was nearly impossible to sleep. Between the heat, the noise from the air conditioner, and the noise from the construction, I got almost no sleep during my three day stay. So it's a lovely hotel, but it's too noisy and uncomfortable.

Great location, directly located at the city wall. lots of nice bars around in this area. Clean and good equipped rooms.

Incredible position, inside the City Wall, close to the South Gate and walking distance from the Great Mosque. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast very good and complete. Definitely recommended!!!

Nice design, service was good, highlight is the rooftop bar.

服務很周到, 每天都會整理房間，有下午茶和晚安牛奶，提供接送機服務，還能免費借漢服，體驗很好！離碑林博物館書院門城牆都很近，非常方便。四樓有個天台，晚上看城牆夜景，叫樓下燒烤送上來氛圍很好很舒適。

酒店位置非常好，緊鄰城牆入口，晚上附近的街道很熱鬧。訂的是有窗的房間，晚上一點都不吵，特別喜歡衞生間，很乾凈，潔具都很新。酒店頂層有露台，可以直接看到城牆。酒店的前台和保潔人員都很有禮貌，每次見面都會打招呼。一樓有洗衣機，可以洗衣服和晾衣服，房間有冰箱，夏天喝冰水太爽了。門口的摺疊椅正對着路邊，早上喝一杯咖啡也很愜意，強烈推薦。

裝修挺好的，房間和大堂都還不錯， 浴室的水又大又熱好評 房間裏放了小度， 雖然開燈開窗簾開電視都做不到， 但可以設定鬧鐘，會放幾首很舒緩的歌，很好聽， 就是房間小了點，然後窗外一面牆，感覺不太好， 工作人員態度都不錯， 在大堂等車會拿個奶茶給我 早餐是套餐，格子裏的東西都不太好吃， 燒賣有豬油味， 主食選的麪都很難吃，完全不入味， 麪的質感也很差， 肉夾饃非常好吃，比網紅店的都好吃， 但主食等待時間太長了，提前約好的套餐還要等這麼久很不合適， 送的下午茶，是一罐奶茶和一個綠豆餅一切二， 兩個人吃也很離譜，不建議選含下午茶的， 奶茶也很寡淡，應該是自己泡的茶加的牛奶， 露台就很離譜，本來以為會很出片，但配的沙發墊子顏色很不搭，花壇裏留着好幾個枯死的植物，樹也是枯的…但離城牆確實很近，可以看到別人在上面騎自行車，不過拍過去有一個小店鋪遮擋 不過這家可以早入住晚退房還不錯

房間乾淨整潔,酒店人員和房務人員的服務非常好,在用微信聯絡櫃檯時都能很快的回覆,家人很喜歡早餐的牛肉麵、肉夾饃、牛肉餅，酒店離永寧門景點和永寧門地鐵站很近，出門交通都很方便。

設施：設施齊全，能租借漢服，露台景觀位特別nice 衞生：整潔乾淨，打掃及時 環境：出行便利，周邊各種潮店 服務：服務熱情，貼心細緻

我對酒店環境要求一直很嚴格 對比很多酒店後選擇的撲已 確實也沒我失望 服務熱情 環境優美 一次美好的體驗 下次再光顧還是首選

地理位置太好了，去哪都方便，酒店房間又大又乾淨，設施很新很智能，服務人員特別熱情，舒心又温心。已經向朋友推薦，下次來我也還會住

出遊旅行、住大酒店總是千篇一律；住民宿感覺總有一點不到位；現在特色的酒店越來越多、給了遊客選擇的多樣性…漫心府又是一個特色的酒店：坐在花園露台品好茶、喝咖啡、觀城牆…放鬆、發呆🤣🤣 服務：非常到位。前台的姑娘、小夥子，迎來送往禮貌熱情；衞生阿姨房間收拾的乾乾淨淨、井井有條；早餐有特色、不僅有本地口味，也兼顧其他，服務人員更是盡職盡責～
