Ulasan Feeling Hotel

It has been a great experience at the hotel. So close to cultural AND party Places, so kidness with us. Really good beds to rest and relax. Really good breakfast. So, it's get my five.

I had an extremely pleasant stay at the Philin Hotel in Xi'an. The hotel boasts an elegant environment, complete facilities, and top-notch service. I must especially mention the front desk concierge, Liu Chao, whose warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression on me. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant holiday in this hotel. The environment is very quiet and comfortable and it's very close to the attractions. The dining in the hotel is also very good. I especially recommend their breakfast, which is very delicious. In particular, the front desk Xiao Qizi is very good. They have provided me with thoughtful help and meticulous service, store luggage and introduce nearby hotels. The service is excellent, very good.

We were in the huge 2 level suite! It was awesome for our family of four! So much space and storage spots. A great dining table to eat together. Another bathroom and shower upstairs. The one slight downside was it was quite dusty maybe from construction on floor above. No renovation noise during our weekend stay. Breakfast was decent, Chinese options better than western ones IMHO. Coffee better than expected. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us delay our checkout a bit but I speak Chinese so your mileage may vary.

Decent breakfast and mostly clean room. The toilet room was old and tiny and the shower was installed in plain sight of the main room.

Great service, fantastic breakfast. Really close to the southern wall entrance and close to bar and night markets. Would stay again!

Terrible view, close to metro, breakfast good

The hotel is 15 min walking to the drum and bell tower. They don't speak English so the communication is difficult for foreigners. The room and the bathroom needed a deep clean, the fridge was dirty and the window didn't close. The breakfast was ok, need to have more fruit variety. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel with pleasant staff. The hotel is in the walking distance from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Yisushe Culture district and Night food market 回民街.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was great. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our stay comfortable. They were fantastic. If I come back to Xi’an I would definitely stay here again. There’s even laundry and a kids playroom that my kids loved. The staff were really sweet to my kids. Gin and C. (I don’t have his full name, that was his WeChat) and another woman at the front desk (didn’t get her name) were really helpful and kind. Thank you!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the staff was with any questions or issues I had. The location is perfect for walking or driving to many sites within the wall. If you're Chinese, the breakfast will suit you. However, you can also get eggs to order, toast and coffee.

Very good hotel. Confortable and good facilities. Big room and nice location. Mr Wei and Ms. Zhu were very friendly

The location is within walking distance to line 6 of the metro, the room was pretty comfy and the front desk was attentive. Breakfast might need improvement but for the price point, it’s acceptable. All in all, it’s good for budget travellers.

Very nice Hotel. Staff does not speak English but is very eager to help. Especially Xiao Wei and Zhu Ying.
