Yunqi Selected Hotel (Bell and Drum Tower Huimin Street)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!! HUYE! Buscaba hoteles en Xian, puse el filtro para que sólo salieran hoteles con excelentes valoraciones y salió este, por desgracia las buenas valoraciones que tiene son compradas o son BOTS, si puedes evitar alojarte en este hotel te ahorraras muchos disgustos. Todo estaba super SUCIO, había vómito y humedad en las paredes, la luz se iba durante muchas horas de imprevisto (lo cuál es una putada si la máxima es de 3°, pues te congelas), muchos días no funcionaba el agua caliente, del jabón salían pelos, el suelo estaba pegajoso, la ducha llena de MOHO *****, la llave dejaba de funcionar continuamente, hay lavadora pero no hay secadora, asi que tienes que ingeniarte para secar la ropa, el personal ayuda lo mínimo o nada, el lavamanos goteaba por abajo, la ducha se embozaba, NO LIMPIARON la habitación ni un día (solo traían más agua y toallas) Tenía contratadas "vistas al mar con espectáculo nocturno de luces " ERA MENTIRA, eran vistas a un callejón, cuando contacté con Trip las vistas eran a la calle... y por no hablar del OLOR nauseabundo a desagüe que te revolvía el estómago... LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA QUE HE TENIDO EN UN HOTEL!

It’s located in a lovely street full of small businesses and street merchants. That also means that during the day is quite noisy, but I didn’t have any trouble while sleeping. It’s a bit far away from the metro station, around 12 min walking, which may be an inconvenient. I liked it though, it’s places in a beautiful location and really close to some main touristic points. The bed was more comfortable than the rest of hotels I’ve stayed in and the room was big, even though the shower seemed to need some maintenance.

location is excelant, good for shopping wallscrolls, first we get a room in 2nd floor, where you can smell the age of the hotel, after complain we get annothe room in 5th floor with TV, but only payTV channel, tiny rooms with futon bed, water boiler n each day 2 bottles of water

Position is perfect. Room amazing with a big window. Staff helpful and quick.

I stayed with my friends and booked two rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel was clean, super close to Xi'an City Wall, and has a lot of tourist attractions nearby. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay in this hotel again~

We arrived at 15:30 for a 14:00 Check-in and had to wait for half an hour till they had cleaned a room. The room was moldy and the bathroom was flooded every time one took a shower. The bed consisted of a mattress on a platform which was already giving in in some places. One time the room card wasn’t working anymore so we had to go back to the reception. They were helpful but couldn’t speak English. The location is perfect, in the middle of a bustling market street where you can buy calligraphy materials and art.
