I was quite astonished by the welcoming gift from the esteemed Mr. Wang while I was having breakfast. His fluent English greatly assisted me during my stay at the hotel. I am truly thankful to have encountered such a friend. The service provided by this hotel is exceptionally professional. I intend to return here on my next visit.

InterContinental Economic Development Zone truly stands out as the best value for a five-star hotel in its price range. From the service and environmental details to the dining, everything is exceptionally well done. Our family of four celebrates all our birthdays here! Even before we arrived, Ms. Molly had already messaged us to say our room was ready. And even though we didn't ask for any special setup, she thoughtfully arranged a simple decoration, which instantly brightened our mood! They also provided a complimentary birthday cake, which was absolutely delicious! I honestly think it's better than cakes from most bakeries! The Western restaurant has a great ambiance and excellent food! We ordered the smoked salmon salad twice – that's how good it was! When our little one choked a bit while swimming, staff members continuously came over to check on us. They helped us rinse off, provided mouthwash, and later the manager even gave each of the two children a small backpack. It was so sweet! I felt a little embarrassed; it was such a minor issue that I hadn't even thought much of, yet it was handled with such care. The swimming pool attendant was basically keeping an eye on our two kids the whole time – very responsible! InterContinental Economic Development Zone genuinely makes you feel so comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was so enthusiastic and smiling. Even the cleaning aunties greeted us with smiles – absolutely wonderful!

The room facilities are relatively new, with stable Wi-Fi, a smart toilet, and voice-controlled lighting. The cleaning staff are all beautiful and elegant, and they clean the room daily. All the receptionists at the front desk provide warm service; they even prepared fruit and biscuits for us when we went to Huashan and Hukou Waterfall. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's right next to Xi'an North Station, just one subway stop away. It's also close to the airport, making it convenient for travel outside the city. Getting into the city takes about 40-50 minutes, but I actually enjoyed taking a taxi for a city tour to see how Xi'an has changed. For the following days, I just took the subway; Line 4 is only 120 meters from the hotel, which is very convenient. What's more interesting is that I initially wanted to book a Hampton Inn, as we usually stay at Hampton Inns in other cities. However, I saw a review for the Xi'an Hampton Inn saying it was a renovated old building and not good. Someone mentioned that they only discovered how great this Park Plaza was when they were leaving Xi'an, so I decisively chose the Park Plaza and stayed for 11 consecutive days. It was a very worry-free stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good hotel.

I personally think it's pretty good! The front desk lady provided excellent service, and the room was clean and tidy. It's really nice; there are also many dining options next to the hotel. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making shopping very convenient. There's also a pedestrian street near Wanda Plaza that's quite lively at night. For this price, it's a great deal in the Wanda area. Highly recommended!

The location and facilities are both top-notch. It's a 10-minute walk from the North Station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite being in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet. The breakfast offers a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, and the chef can even make omelets and beef noodles on the spot, which were delicious! 🎉🎉🎉 When I checked in, the young lady at the front desk upgraded my room. She was incredibly professional, warm, and polite, and processed my check-in very quickly. On the day of check-out, I even received a local specialty souvenir and a handwritten thank-you card. This feeling of being valued is truly rare. The value for money far exceeded my expectations.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything worked smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the many complimentary extras such as (water, Coke, Sprite) as well as the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The rooms were exactly as described and offered a wonderful view of the city. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend this hotel.

I was on a road trip and initially planned to book InterContinental, but since that hotel has been open for a long time, I ultimately chose this JW Marriott. It opened in 2023, so all the facilities are brand new! The bathroom amenities and bedding are, as expected, five-star standard and excellent! The cleanliness was also good, and the service was great. Since I was driving home the next day, I didn't have time to go out for local snacks but still wanted to try some, so I ordered takeout. However, the delivery was delayed, so I contacted the front desk, and they extended my check-out time. Overall, everything was fantastic. This is a hotel I would definitely choose to stay at again if I come back to Weiyang District in Xi'an! The only downside is the elevators; if you park in the underground garage, you have to take three different elevators to reach your room floor, which is very inconvenient.
