Hotel di West Gate (City Center), Xi'an

Absolute perfection, the hotel is a stand-Jo alone buidling without mixing with other hotels which makes it safer. check in process was smooth as well. 2 mins walk to the nearest station, close to the city wall, bicycles are just outisde. Their service are good and 24 hrs responsive. There are convenience stores next to the hotel and food stalls within walking distance. Room chosen was upgraded automatically for us. Even tho the view from the room not able to see city wall very well, but the windows are big with good lighting into the room. No complains there. AI smart function useful as well. Room clean and modern. Will come here again and recommend friends/international travellers here.

最近出差住的酒店，太讓我驚喜啦，服務超暖心房間整潔，前台甜甜不僅微笑問候，價格合理，交通建便利 ，房間整潔敞亮，採光一絕，傢俱擺放合理，細節滿分，充電口多且位置便利。食健身房器材全且新，休閑區靜謐温馨，工作一天後在這兒放鬆身心剛剛好。以後出行，這家酒店絕對是我的首選！

We spent two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is very close to the city centre and about 200m from a metro station. The breakfast is pleasantly varied with several chefs who can cook whatever you like. The room has a fantastic view large windows and there are several services included such as spa, pool and an entertainment room. We had no problem communicating with the staff in English. We also tried the dinner with raw fish, meat, chinese cousine but not limited to. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially by the staff. The check-in process went very smoothly and we were allocated a huge room! The room was inspired by Captain America and had a play area with a tent and the single bed sheets decorated with Captain America and huge stuffed animals. Special mention to Flora Feng, the Customer Service Manager, who visited us in our room and offered us a nice welcome kit. Not only that, but she helped us make reservations for our visit to the Terracotta Warriors due to our inability to use Chinese-only mobile apps. It was not her role but she helped us using her personal mobile phone with great involvement and willingness to help. They made us feel at home! The breakfast was very varied with lots of choice. Don't miss it!

酒店位置可以説是超級方便了，出門兩個方向走不遠都有地鐵站。 酒店服務也超貼心的，每天都會重新整理一下房間，更新日常生活用品。所以床品整體舒適乾淨，房間沒有什麼異味。 早餐可選擇不算多，但是也安排了幾個可選的蔬菜水果。早上出門早的話，還是可以考慮一下的。 以上，供參考。

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. I'm very touched! Thank you! 🙏🧡

這家酒店的服務真的很讓人感動！前台王女士笑容滿面，熱情周到，解答問題耐心細緻。房間乾淨整潔，一絲不苟，床單被套都是嶄新的，沒有任何異味，住着非常舒適。設施齊全，用品質量很好。一樓還有免費自助洗衣服務 ，24小時都可以使用，非常方便。院子有停車場等基礎設施也很完善。總之，這家酒店的服務和衞生都讓人非常滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏！

前段時間出行，入住了美豪酒店，體驗超棒，必須來誇一誇！ 從踏入酒店那一刻起，就能感受到工作人員滿滿的熱情。前台辦理入住的速度快，服務貼心，還耐心給我介紹酒店的各項設施 。房間更是無可挑剔。床上用品乾淨柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。房間的佈局合理，採光充足，窗外視野也不錯環境很好。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質高，種類齊全。酒店的餐飲也值得稱讚。早餐豐富多樣，食材新鮮，味道可口。餐廳的服務人員態度親切，總是及時清理桌面，讓人用餐心情愉悦。酒店的地理位置十分優越，周邊交通便利，門口就是地鐵8號線，而且酒店設施完善，洗衣房 健身房也是有的，酒店的性價比超高。在同等價位的酒店中，能提供如此優質的服務、舒適的環境真的很難得。這次入住體驗讓我對這家酒店好感倍增，以後出行，這家酒店絕對是我的首選，也強烈推薦給各位小夥伴！

酒店設施挺不錯的，都很齊全，有洗衣房，免費停車場就在酒店後院，出行也很方便，大廳還給準備的有微波爐，房間打掃的很乾凈，整潔，房間環境也很好，周邊環境優美，酒店服務也很好，態度也很熱情，整體都很好
