Hotel di West Gate Airport Bus/Tumen Area, Xi'an

Great and helpful staffs. The hotel is nice and extremely comfortable. The location is not too far from the Bell Tower, you can just book an e-hailing service with an average of about 12 yuan.

The room was spotless, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive when I checked in. They had everything covered. There was afternoon tea, and the lobby offered a variety of snacks. The air conditioning was really warm, and the robot delivery service was super convenient. The in-room smart controls were great, the lighting was cozy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There's also a famous Yangbadan in the room (perhaps a local snack or art piece?). At night, there's even... (the sentence cuts off here, but implies some evening activity). The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, and there's a bus stop right outside. The whole lobby environment is very comfortable and pleasant. If you love coffee, you'll like this hotel because it has a coffee shop, and while it's not directly part of the hotel, it's very convenient, especially on such a cold day, so you don't have to go outside.

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. I'm very touched! Thank you! 🙏🧡

The room still had a slight smell of renovation, but it was better with the air purifier on. The shower water temperature was inconsistent. The service was quite good; a robot delivered takeout, and although the room was on a high floor, the elevator wait wasn't long, which was excellent. The breakfast selection was decent, although there were differences between the first and second meals. The housekeeping lady was very nice, the male receptionist spoke excellent English, and all the staff, including parking and security, were trained and provided excellent service. This is why I prefer hotels to guesthouses—the standardized procedures make me feel more at ease.

The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

The unit was quite spacious. The private bathroom was well-appointed and exceptionally clean, as was the bedding. The staff provided excellent service. A major highlight is the must-try Sichuan restaurant conveniently located right within the building. The location is superb, being only 100 meters from Yuxiangmen Metro Station (Line 1). Overall, it's much quieter than hotels closer to the Bell Tower, yet still offers incredibly convenient transportation.

New hotel, complete facilities, decoration is my favorite style looks very high-grade, the front desk lady is very good, the bed is very comfortable, the stay experience is good!

I had an overall great experience at Titan Hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, very clean and comfortable for my needs. The air conditioning was not working due to it being spring time and I was told it would start working in 2 weeks after my stay. Luckily the windows did open and it was a cool breeze that would come in. My only suggestion to the hotel was not to put guest that smoke on the same floor as the non smoking. In China many many people smoke. The hallway may have had the scent of smoke but my room never smelled like it. Otherwise this hotel was great near a metro station. Also the breakfast was great.

This trip is too good for the hotel! The location is super convenient, you can walk to the subway station and the business district in a few minutes, shopping and eating are super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and it relieved the fatigue of the journey as soon as I lay down. The service is nothing to say, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check-in is super fast, and also took the initiative to recommend local specialties and play routes to us. The aunt who cleans the room every day is also very careful, and will arrange the items neatly and replenish the toiletries. The environment is good, the price is really super high, I will choose this next time, I have recommended it to my friends!
