Hotel di Zon Pembangunan Berteknologi Tinggi, Xi'an

Excellent hotel from the breakfast to the friendliness of the staff. The toiletries provided was of very high quality and smelled amazing. The staff were always accommodating at breakfast and there a great spread of Western and Chinese food. The hotel offered a free laundry service which was so convenient for us. The hotel is close to bus stops for public transport. The only downside was the fact that the room floor was not cleaned daily, otherwise this we had a great stay and will book again if we come to Xi’an.

What an amazing stay!!! The room was very amazing, breakfast was also very good. The front desk personnel is very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room for free and offered us some fruits in the room. Our room had air conditioning and the mattress was quite comfortable. At check-out we were gifted a goodbye souvenir which was a very sweet gesture! Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is also very nice and modern with many restaurants around. The only minor downside is that the metro is slightly far by foot, especially if you walk 15-20km per day. For this we highly highly recommend DiDi (taxi app). It’s very affordable (only 16 rmb = 2 euros to the South Gate).

It is a beautiful new hotel with stylish finishing touches. The room was small and was allocated to me, was overlooking a busy road close to the traffic lights at a major intersection. I could not tolerate the blaring of car hooters and the noise of vehicles driving up and down the road. I became very worried as to how I would fall asleep but decided to request for a different room. There was no issue to move to a different room. To my disappointment, the pillows had a bad smell, almost like a drain smell. I was so confused and did not know whether the smell was from behind the bed or whether it was the actual pillows. The only way out was to keep my nose away from the pillow. I did not want to report more issues to reception and decided to leave it since I was only there for one night. My friend on the other hand, had a stunning room with zero issues. Our rooms were right opposite each other but I guess I was just unlucky. The breakfast did not have a variety of Western food and there was very little to choose from. The hotel itself is classy.

前台喬喬服務態度很好，辦理入住時會貼心的提醒我有什麼問題隨時和前台溝通，我覺得這樣挺好的，對於我這種出行社恐的人來説能大膽的提出自己的要求哈哈，帶我看了房間我很滿意，房間整體風格讓我感覺很温暖，入住體驗很不錯，下次還會來入住，推薦！

酒店距離西安地鐵6號線丈八一路站衹有5分鐘，出行比較方便，地鐵都可以到。酒店對面有個購物商城，吃飯購物也方便。從機場到酒店可以乘坐大巴到丈八六路，然後坐一站地鐵，很方便。

訂的公寓房，房間私密性很好，從客廳去卧室和衞生間都是推拉門，可以把三個功能區完全分割開。公寓房有浴缸，在卧室陽台方向，泡澡喝喝紅酒，很爽～酒店的浴袍很舒適，這個比很多五星酒店的都要好。房間收拾的乾淨，打掃衞生的阿姨很勤快，幹活麻利，對客户要求響應快，處理快，值得點贊👍總的來説，入住體驗優秀，環境很好，機器人可以送餐，送物，對了，還有下午茶，還有健身房，對客户需求考慮的很周到。退房的時候還送了具有西安文化特色的冰箱貼，對於我這種沒時間逛的人來説。非常貼心。下次還住菲林酒店。。。

房間設施都可以，早餐也不錯，最讓人滿意的是服務的人性化，貼心。有幾個細節，因二寶小，我們把標間房的床臨時拼起來了，第二天保潔不但沒重新歸位，還把床拼的更平整，大寶另加的小童床也提前擺放的很好，小童睡衣洗速用品都提前準備了。第一天衹準備大寶的睡衣，我們也沒提，第二天酒店又主動提供了二寶的睡衣。房間整理的很好，臨走那天我們協調前台晚點退房，前台也很熱情的答覆。總之，設施啥的雖然算不上奢華，但服務確實貼心，點贊。以後來西安還住這家酒店。附圖還有老婆對早餐的評價，每人的視角不一樣，但都是好評。

這次的酒店太驚喜了體驗太棒了！温熱的礦泉水真的是太暖心了，還送了平安果，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓我一夜好眠。酒店員工態度親切，服務周到，無論是入住還是退房都高效便捷。設施齊全，健身房、餐廳都很不錯。地理位置也優越，周邊交通便利，下次出行還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

那個小刀小刀，叫了沒反應，或者根本聽不到，或者不理解人在説什麼。人工智能的目的，是為了方便客人，而不是為了讓客人不方便，你們從進門登記，就比別的酒店麻煩，別的酒店，衹需要把身份證給前台就行了，你們這個，又是註冊會員，又是上傳身份證，把本應該前台做的事情，交給了客人做，前台自己在旁邊指導，亂了主次。客人需要的是簡單，方便，不麻煩，而你們這個，完全是理念不對。

Generally the hotel location is good. Walking distance (800m) to a Holiday Palace shopping mall and (300m) to food plaza with many good noodle restaurants.
