Hotel berhampiran Mao Zedong Exhibition Museum, Xi'an

The staff was very nice. Was bilingual and able to help English speaking guests easily. Staff members Yang and Jin took very good care of us. The room was spacious and clean. Very close to the city wall, drum tower, and bell tower. Easy access to the sites and provide shuttle to the airport. We will definitely stay here again and recommend people to check it out.

Receptionists Ms Xie so friendly n helpful, all housekeepers r polite, room big n clean, location is super wonderful, my friend said next time she sure stay back this place again.

Perkara pertama apabila tiba kami diberitahu kami mendapat naik taraf percuma - bilik yang lebih besar dan pemandangan tembok bandar (yang MENAKJUBKAN). Jadi itu adalah permulaan yang baik! Kakitangan membantu, sarapan pagi sangat bagus (Bahasa Cina, tetapi anak perempuan saya yang pemilih menemui perkara yang dia suka) dan lokasinya juga sangat baik (hentian kereta api bawah tanah membawa anda terus ke stesen kereta api, banyak pusat membeli-belah dan tembok bandar selatan di sana). Kami juga mendapat hadiah tempatan yang menarik apabila pergi! Secara keseluruhannya saya pasti akan kembali!

Location: Great - right behind Exit H Zhonglou metro station, across the road from Luomashi walking street and comfortable 10min walk to Bell Tower, Drum Tower & Muslim Quarter esp if you cut through the eateries to the right after you exit the hotel. Rooms: Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Toilet had a bidet. Huge TV but no English Channel and couldn’t cast shows from our phone. No view. We also had problems with the smell of smoke. The staff were quick to attend to it but they could only spray the room and once that dissipated the smoke smell was back. Hotel: There was a booth that offered airport transfers from the hotel for just 30yuan per person. The staff were pleasant but I think the most disappointing thing for me as a foreigner who isn’t able to speak Chinese was the lack of any English speaking staff. This to me is more of an Accor problem though. I had booked with Accor, a global brand, with expectations that there would be at least some English-speaking staff and at least one English TV channel (which our other more local hotels in Beijing had). Still overall good stay and I’d recommend it to anyone who can speak Chinese.

Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home. Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain. The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable. Extremely impressed with the service at the hotel. - I arrived at the hotel at about 12pm, not expecting to be able to check-in but I was allowed to check-in immediately! - I added the hotel’s WeChat account when checking in and was immediately sent a word document with lots of recommendations for Xi’An and even a suggested itinerary. The staff were also very prompt in responding to any questions that I posed over WeChat. I asked them where i could buy contact lens solution and they even offered to pour me some. I truly appreciate how they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable 😊

We stayed here for 2 nights and everyone was really nice and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance from South Gate. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The restaurant of the hotel has really good food. We went there for the two nights after exploring and the food was tasty and the portions are big from a European point of view. Breakfast has a mixture of sweet and savoury foods. We also used the laundry room that has self service. The check out went smoothly with the help of Amy, Emma and Huang.

The location is really the best. It is just across drum tower and the night market. The Muslim market is connected to the night night which is really vibrant at night. It is easy to get around coz the bell tower and the City wall sites are just nearby. This hotel’s breakfast is good. Hotel staff service is commendable. They are very helpful. Free use of their washing machine and dryer for your laundry! What a surprise! The room is big for my family. Comfy beds and pillows. Warm toilet seat and my family’s stay is so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay in Elong Anyue hotel. I only have one suggestion. Please let your house keeping clean the toilet and the bathroom everyday. Make them check if guests have enough shampoo, bath soap and conditioner. Other than that, everything is perfect!

The air conditioner was not working due to central control switch off as outside temparature become lower. As I booked no window room, it's quite uncomfortable all night as I expected the air flow by air conditioning. I do open ventilation system and i got smell of smoke all night as well. Hotel staff bring the fan for me. They have very good service mind also I have good experience while checking in. By the way, the air conditioner must be control by me not the central control as it in the accoommudation list in my room.

Could not find ' City Convenient Hotel' as described by Trip.com. We had to call the hotel to confirm the exact location, in the middle of the night ! Finally, we checked in the hotel namely ' CITY COMFORT INN'. Trip.com should pay more attention on the translation. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is spacious with a sofa for two. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The location is superb for getting around with Mrt and there are plenty food outlets nearby including the morning market and the muslim street.
