Hotel Xi＇an dengan Kolam Renang

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails. Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.

Good location, 50 meters to the metro. Cleanliness to be improved, windows were dirty. . Executive lounge was a bit dissapointing with too little food and drinks options.

When we check in, my wife and me were very pleased with the utmost courtesy and speedy check in we received from the front office manager, Miss Kitty Shang whose professionalism is without doubt. She went the extra length in finding my Hilton Honors membership. We will happy with the cleanliness and housekeeping service throughout our stay. We were more impressed even when she extended the kind assistance during our checkout and giving tips and advice on our next visit. We received a well packed chocolate Terracota warrior which make our day more than happy to stay at this Hilton hotel at 199 Dongxin street, Xian. As we are visiting xi’an again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Miss Kitty Shang, you make my stay pleasant and happy throughout with your service.

Apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya diberitahu bahawa lantai bilik yang saya tempah pada asalnya tidak begitu baik, dan mereka menaik taraf saya kepada bilik. Ia adalah penginapan yang sempurna. Di samping kebersihan dan lokasi, saya biasanya melihat dua aspek apabila memilih hotel: kekayaan bufet sarapan pagi, dan saiz kolam renang. Seperti yang berlaku, yang ini sesuai untuk mereka semua. Pengalaman penginapan yang sangat selesa, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi pada masa akan datang.

All ok. Value for money. Pool is better than it looks in the pictures. Will stay there again.

I am taking 3 boys with me for a two days family trip in Xi'an. The hotel is in a prime location, walking distance to local tourism attractions in walking distance. It's next to the Shanxi province government building. The square in front of the government building has a music fountain which will blow water more then 10 stories tall. This is fantastic. The rooms are big and clean, breakfast has both eastern and western styled food which was rated the best breakfast they had in China by the 3 boys. We were trying to eat at the famous muslin street but find it too hard to enjoy due to the huge crowd even during the rain. We found a local chain food store next to the hotel is our favorite, it is called 秦晋味道. We visited the Terracotta Army and Shanxi history Museum. They are so famous that there are huge crowd. It's like trying to get on the subway during rash hours in Tokyo. But there is a hidden treasure that is much worth than the Terracotta Army. It is called Mausoleum Museum of Bronze Chariots and Horses. This one is included with the purchased tickets of Terracotta Army. Not many people go there due it is 1 KM away and there is a long walking to reach the exhibit as well. The level of technologies used are amazing. It's a shock for us. The hotel is required by the government to collect both the passport and VISA information. So be prepared. I will use this hotel again for my next trip.

免費從絲路親子套房升級為絲路豪華套房（可指定雙卧室的房型），房間佈局很好，衞生也不錯，裝修雖然不是很新但維護保養得好，早餐可口，服務熱情響應快速，離各個景點不遠（打車十幾元），很適合一家3～4人入住，推薦！

What a fantastic experience! Lovely helpful staff with excellent English. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We will stay there every time we are in Xi’an!

Sebuah resort dan hotel persidangan yang sangat berkelayakan, akan datang lagi. Persekitaran: Perkakasan Kempinski bertahun-tahun yang lalu, rasa ruang dan ciri reka bentuk hotel ***a Amerika, menjadikannya sangat selesa di dalam dan di dalam taman. Apa yang patut dipuji adalah pemandangan tasik. Kebersihan: Kebersihan bilik, restoran, kawasan awam dan taman semuanya terjamin. Perkhidmatan: Sila ambil perhatian keperluan bilik sebelum daftar masuk, dan pengaturannya sangat munasabah. Wanita di meja depan sangat bertimbang rasa dan memuji nama Fang Ziyi kerana sabar dan bertimbang rasa. Wanita concierge juga sangat ramah dan mengingati permintaan kami, dan perkhidmatan lima bintang telah disediakan. Hidangan Huaihai Road untuk dua orang: Masakan Huaiyang yang lazat. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ikan siakap pada hari itu adalah kira-kira enam tael. Ditambah pula sedikit pes belut goreng, not bad. Secara keseluruhannya, ia adalah hotel yang bagus sesuai dengan Amway, sesuai untuk percutian, keluarga dan perniagaan.

Amazing stay at the X’ian Renaissance hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights in the executive rooms, spacious, clean and good toiletries. The executive lounge is a nice touch, Amy was very attentive and the service was excellent in general. A great stay, and cost effective.
