The hotel staff is very friendly. Location is perfect. Right in the building of an airport, rooms are nice and clean. If you are not smoking pay attention to take non smoking room. I made a mistake and was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is my fault. Thank you!

Terdapat cenderahati dan teh susu secara percuma apabila anda mendaftar masuk. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan bersih. Ia sangat dekat dengan tarikan pelancong. Terdapat sebuah taman di seberang. Ia sangat dekat dengan Pasar Malam Jalan Lama dan boleh dikunjungi dengan berjalan kaki. Persembahan malam sangat meriah dan meriah... Meja penyambut tetamu hotel juga sangat mesra~~ Terdapat juga perkhidmatan ulang-alik lapangan terbang percuma~~ Suka~~

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

Khorgos is not your typical destination for couples. However, I have to say the hotel is great. I am also happy to see Khorgos is developing.

The hotel is located about 10mins walk from the International Grand Bazaar. Plenty of eateries and convenience store nearby so you dont have to worry. The room is spacious and fits nicely for our family. There is also a mini gym and laundry on the 6th floor. Breakfast spread was good and they also have supper provided from 9.30pm. While the hotel is clean and nice overall, the housekeeping did not really tidy our room - just changed towels, threw rubbish without making the beds. Maybe it is their SOP but it would have been better if the room is spot clean after we came back from shppping or day tour. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel in Urumqi before venturing out the city.

La Turpan West impression home stay ressemble à un petit palace. La chambre que j'ai occupée est particulièrement spacieuse,calme,bien éclairée,d'une propreté irréprochable .Je me permets aussi de préciser que la qualité de l'accueil est tout à fait irréprochable. Un bémol toutefois,le ménage est fait un peu tardivement dans la journée alors qu'on est déjà rentré de l'excursion.

We had a wonderful stay and received a warm welcome from 米然 (Mi Ran) and 美丽 (Mei Li). They speak English very well and helped us get to the recommended spots. During our stay, we also stayed in contact through WeChat in case we needed anything. A late checkout was possible without any hassle, and the room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. 我们度过了一个美好的住宿时光，受到了米然和美丽的热情欢迎。他们英语讲得很好，帮助我们前往推荐的景点。住宿期间，我们也通过微信保持联系，以防需要任何帮助。 延迟退房毫无困难，房间干净且配备了所有必需的设施。

位置無敵，早上錯峯第一個進景區，拍照超出片！早上一進早餐廳就被驚艷到了，滿眼綠，風景極佳。 房間設施齊全，床品舒適，小管家服務周到，還參加到了酒店開業篝火晚會，來孟克特必住！

特別感謝酒店管家小瑜的貼心服務！從入住接待開始，她就始終熱情周到，主動介紹酒店設施，耐心解答各種疑問，讓我瞬間感受到了温暖。更驚喜的是，小瑜還幫忙申請了免費的房間升級，新房間空間更大、視野更好，體驗感直接拉滿。另外必須誇誇房間的地暖，温度調節得特別適宜，入住既不會覺得乾燥，也能時刻保持温暖舒適，完全不用費心調整。全程服務都特別省心，下次來還會選擇這家酒店，也期待再次得到小瑜的服務！

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.
