The hotel service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room for free. Both the facilities and the service were top-notch. It's located in a prime area within Xiamen Island, making for a truly wonderful experience.

The location is very advantageous, close to Zhongshan Road in Xiamen. There are also many restaurants around. It's very close to any scenic spot, and across from it is Gulangyu Island. There is a viewing terrace on the fourth floor for you to take a look. I am very satisfied with every part of the hotel, except for the bed sheets. I stayed for four consecutive days without changing them

The customer service team offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a window, which was a pleasant and harmonious experience. A special shout-out to Ms. Ye, the service staff, who thoughtfully provided free disposable umbrellas because of the rain. Thumbs up for your excellent service! 👍

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a three-minute walk to the subway station, and a taxi ride to the main attractions only takes about ten minutes. The room itself is very spacious, yet the price is incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The cleanliness is impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers are changed for every new guest, and the bathroom has no odor whatsoever. Even though it's a budget hotel, the service is top-notch. The front desk staff are always helpful, answering all my questions and even recommending local snacks and delicacies. For a business trip or a short getaway, this place is definitely the right choice!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Xiamen Zhongshan Seaview Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and attentive. There's a great variety of restaurants nearby with delicious food. The Pizza Hut on the top floor offers a view overlooking Gulangyu Island. Overall, this is a hotel with great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The round bed room came with a built-in soft filter; the lack of sharp edges made the space feel more open, and our view was super comfortable when watching TV side-by-side. We could even turn over without disturbing each other, ensuring a truly deep sleep. The room's details were thoughtfully hidden: the warm bedside lamps had adjustable brightness, and the soft light was perfect for photos; the heart-shaped crystal toiletries, paired with high-quality amenities, weren't cheap bulk items but felt incredibly refined. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, and the mirror even had a fill light, making it convenient for makeup application and for two people to get ready simultaneously without feeling cramped – thoughtful and practical. What truly surprised us was the romantic service. We had mentioned to the front desk beforehand that we wanted a simple setup, and upon opening the door, we found roses and petals on the bed. The atmosphere was instantly captivating, and my partner was so moved they hugged me. This personalized romantic touch really hit home. The hotel's location is a tranquil oasis amidst a bustling area; it's a ten-minute walk to the commercial district, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and catching a movie. The front desk patiently helped us understand the room types and even proactively recommended great local date spots, explaining the routes clearly. When we checked in and mentioned we were a couple, we not only received a late check-out benefit, but the cleaning staff also thoughtfully avoided us when they saw the "Do Not Disturb" sign, ensuring our private time was completely undisturbed. This stay not only made us comfortable but also significantly deepened our connection. There were no deliberate gimmicks, just genuine, sweet details. We'll definitely choose this place for our next date; we want to experience all the themed rooms! I wholeheartedly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic time together – you can't go wrong!

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a taxi stand and a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient to get to Zhongshan Road, Xiamen University, and the beach. The rooms are clean and tidy, and if you need any toiletries replenished, just let the concierge know and they'll take care of it. There's also a public viewing platform on the fourth floor where you can enjoy sea views, with Gulangyu Island directly across. It's really great. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely book this hotel again!

The hotel has a great location with large windows, and this room type offers sea views. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very convenient for getting around.

The location is superb! It's right across from Gulangyu Island, perfect for exploring, and Zhongshan Road is behind us, great for shopping and dining. It offers the best of both worlds. As for the hotel itself, the entrance could use a bit more design, but the room was perfectly fine – clean, tidy, and the bedding felt new. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; last night, late-arriving neighbors were quite noisy, and I could hear everything clearly. However, the hotel's service was truly excellent. Our butler was very thoughtful. They added us on WeChat right after check-in for easy communication. In the evening, the butler even asked if we were cold and offered a space heater. We didn't end up needing it, but it was a warm gesture.

The location of the hotel is GREAT! Just a few steps away from Zhongshan walking street where you can find all the famous Xiamen food, snacks, souvenirs etc; taxi & bus stand is just right in front; not far away is ferry port; and can see Gulangyu right in front of your eyes.

Room design is simple yet good arrangement as one can shower/toilet while another can still wash up at hand washing basin outside. Open clothes wardrobe makes it easy access to clothes right after shower yet separated from bed. There is also a nice view from hotel / Pizza Hut restaurant watching over Gulangyu island. Location is marvellous as there is sightseeing bus stop downstairs and ferry terminal to Gulangyu is just opposite hotel. While ZhongShan Pedestrian street is just beside the hotel. You may walk far into the seafood street. Can checkout the King crabs and lobsters. There are plenty of eateries to choose. However, many restaurants serving almost the same food. It is a great place to shop and get souvenirs. Metro station is few minutes away and you can access to almost anywhere via metro. There are local tours to see Hakka Tulou, Xiamen coastal, Gulangyu, it is very cheap but it is a little time wasting as it fetches and drop off at few locations; also brings to shopping before the main tour and more shopping after the main tour. They don’t force you to buy though. It is entirely up to you. If you have time and in no hurry…yes, join the tour as it is really cheap for a whole day Tulou tour which cost around RMB128 per person. Have a nice holidays in Xiamen.
