Hotel berhampiran Jiahe Garden, Xiamen

Overall the hotel has great service and good hygiene. Was surprised to see they even has Xmas decorations. The only minor thing is the mattress in the room is very soft which makes it diffficult for someone with some backbone problem.

新開的酒店位置非常好，衛生及員工服务也不錯，包的早餐也很丰富，但我訂的是湖景双床房，酒店安排给我最初的18号的房間入門一看全是楼景以为酒店弄錯我訂的房類，立马下去更換，後來換了另一間12号房間，呵呵景观也是一样！迷底解开了！他們的湖景房是正面對着是楼景只有拉开窗帘把头放到最尾窗角便看到了！看着有点失望，但這酒店下次還是可以訂的，但我不用訂那湖景房了！其它酒店設施説一下，座厕自动冲水的，但冲水声音強勁，像在飞机上洗手間的冲水声，晚上用洗手間的便有些尴尬了，怕彼那冲水声吵醒同房！那自动冲水声音便是問題了！如晚間可調回手动便是一个選擇了！洗手間的按键灯只有全开或全关上，因全开着房間的設計是有一片透光玻璃到房间正面向着床的，开了太光照着眼睛睡不着，关了灯晚上去洗手間便要摸黑了，剛好自带了一盏小灯用得上，請改可調光暗灯或留有一小灯在座厕那边吧！另外電梯外没有楼层指示灯的，等候着心理有点焦虑😂！跟进DD叫車出行定位問题，來接的老是停在馬路外邊等候不入酒范围，司机每次都來電問在那，但回酒店的DD地图就没問题有指示轉入酒店。 酒店其他的这次服务都是贊賞的！希望有些改善後服务更加貼心更加分！

This hotel was fantastic, especially for the price. We were here in the off-season and I'm not sure what the normal price is, but we paid almost 1/3 of the price for a hotel of equivalent quantity just last week in Shanghai. The breakfast buffet was great, they have lots of options and have chefs preparing noodle and congee bowls on request. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant here as well, some of the best meals we had were there. The pictures did not show it, but our room also included a large bathtub which was a big plus. We were working while we were here and there were plenty of comfortable places to work. My only complaint is that they allow smoking in the lobby and in rooms close to ours; this seems to be the case in other places we've stayed in China, but was difficult coming from the USA

暑假去廈門玩，超出預期的酒店。經過多家酒店的挑選，最終選擇了這家，看來我的選擇太明智了，必須好好評價一下。 看了諸多攜程的點評，這家點的評價最好，最終選擇這家。 位置：酒店的位置很好，位於湖邊，景色很美，有自己獨立挺車場，開車很方便。湖邊景色很美傍晚可以沿着湖邊散步，還有就是安靜，特別安靜，睡覺很舒服。 環境：酒店設計的很有特色，每個房間的户型均不相同，看出來設計的很用心，房間基本都是複試結構所以房間很大，裝修簡潔，明亮。 服務：服務很貼心，前台工作人員非常熱情，幫助介紹景點路線，耐心講解很是細心，最後還幫忙搬行李更是暖心，早餐不算豐盛但也可以了，可以送到房間還是很方便的，總之這次體驗超級好，最後想續住一天衹可惜沒房了，以後有機會來廈門旅遊出差還會選擇住這，強烈推薦，待親自感受

Absolutely fantastic stay, prices for this hotel were cheaper when I booked and so I splurged a bit on a place otherwise above budget for me. You never know whether it’ll be worth it but this time I was pleasantly surprised! I was upgraded to an even better room than initiallyyy booked for free, with plenty of additional complementary amenities. Coffee and tea were replaced every day in my room, breakfast buffet was delish (do try the noodles!). Second floor self-service cafeteria was such a fun addition to take my coffee with me before leaving for a day of exploring Xiamen! Excellent location, kind staff. Would love to return if I come back to Xiamen!

Well located with nearby Coffee and Ice streets offering high quality western style cafes, bars and and Pastry shops. Staff at the hotel are attentive and conscientious, however overly zealous about upselling the benefits of the club lounge rooms. Club lounge is small, doesn’t have much to offer by way of snacks. Very limited food options at breakfast. Doesn’t open of offer anything around lunchtime and has limited options for dinner. Ok if you’re a drinker, but range of spirits is small. Didn’t feel I received value for money for the upgrade. My clients and I ended up eating at the main restaurant for breakfast, which was not included in the club price? Also, the views from the club floor rooms were not river views- we overlooked the noisy bar street at the building across the road. Had a problem getting fruit to my room over my 4 day stay, so had to go out and buy Bananas for myself. Another issues was that despite leaving the room available and arranging with reception for housekeeping to clean the room in time for me to have a video conference call without interruptions, they did not and so, i was interrupted during my call and had to repeatedly explain and deal with housekeeping insisting on coming in! The last straw for me was when reception neglected to extend my stay as requested the day before and so I had issues with my card and with checking in again, so I simply booked into another, more welcoming hotel. Overall, the hotel is professional and well managed, but they do seem to have some problems co-ordinating back of house teams.

位置距離科技館衹有15分鐘車程，有地下提車場，交通方便。樓下吃的選擇多，走個十分鐘，整個小吃一條街。就是網上訂兩間房，結果去到要分開樓層，感覺前台安排的不怎麼合理，訂兩間肯定是需要在一起的，結果造成諸多不便！希望多多改進吧……在服務上，還是要以顧客需求為準。

一個靠譜客房經理張黎明挽救了酒店印象。整個酒店系統流程很完善，前台入住也有機器輔助，點外賣有機器人配送，但是服務人員很神奇地都沒什麼服務意識。入住當天廈門很冷，在靠北的房間待了兩個小時暖氣還是沒有起作用，穿着羽絨服和幾層衣服在酒店房間裏的瑟瑟發抖，打客房部電話説暖氣是好的，再等等，語氣官方漠不關心。過一小時再打電話説明情況，説派工程部看看等了半小時又沒有人來，又打客房幸得張黎明接電話，馬上安排工程部上門檢修，她自己也到房間確認，一起確定是送風口温度夠但是風力不足，立馬安排更換南面的房間並且協助我搬東西換房，到了對面房間僅5分鐘工程人員離開前就已經升温。當時很感謝張小姐的服務並承諾記下名字要評論表揚她，事後太忙拖延至今，今天翻包看到當時留下提醒自己評論的這張卡片趕緊來表揚。希望貴酒店其他人員都能有張小姐這種解決問題的態度和能力，問題不是拖沒的，快速響應客人的需求才能解決問題。謝謝。

The hotel is very near to Xiamen Airport T3. I booked it for sake for transitting the next day. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off between hotel and T3/T4 Xiamen Airport. The hotel room is very comfy. All required amenities is available. I sleep very well. Comfy and clean room. Highly recommend.

Airport shuttle at anytime this i will give 5star, because i arrive too late and still have shuttle van to pick me up. Cleaner will clean your room everyday unless you request don't clean.
