Hotel berhampiran Siming 24 Hours Self-service Library, Xiamen

The room was as pictured but the walls could use some painting. I enjoyed the area. Close to restaurants and stores but it’s a small island…. Our plans changed and I had to leave before our last night. Thankfully, the hotel was willing to refund a portion of the cost if they couldn’t find another tenant. Surprisingly, they did! Thank you for being so willing and helping me with the refund! Awesome!

酒店位於三丘田碼頭附近，上岸後店家貼心的安排了師傅幫忙拉行李和指引我們到店，沿着岸邊一條直路大概步行10分鐘左右即到。房間和照片一樣，所見即所得。由於我們第一天到達時間已經比較晚了，錯過了下午茶，店家還安排了第二天下午給我們補上了，繼2011年之後時隔十三年再次和家人踏上鼓浪嶼，相信將來的某一天還會再來的。

房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨。雖然房間面積不大（或許因為衞生間佔比大了些），視野還是開闊的。去主要景點和三丘田碼頭也都很近，七八分鐘。前台和阿姨都很友善耐心。早餐8-10點供應，早起人五六點就餓了自己吃了點，快八點還飽着就出去逛了一個多小時，回來路上恰逢小哥微信貼心提醒早餐時間快截止了。礦泉水不夠，感謝小哥又給了一瓶。水果新鮮（對習慣每天都吃水果的人來説很貼心），茶葉茶具咖啡杯碟齊全。早餐健康清淡量足，中午退房後可以把行李包裹寄放前台繼續輕裝遊玩，總體來説，在這住很舒適很滿意！

这住宿是島上小数接近三丘码头的住宿 位置是很重要的考量点，要知道島上除了50塊的环島小車外，就是靠双腿走路及手推行李⋯⋯相信长长的麻花石头路，还有斜坡⋯⋯⋯无论酒店或旅舍多好，也会为你的行程大打折扣。 其次，这民宿是新裝修的，所以设备，例如空调、电視、熱水器也是亲。水圧很足，水很夠熱；空调制冷非常之足（这也很重要，尤其7-8月的炎夏，而且光是6月中旬，也令人熱得很难受。） 地点除了碼头外，走到出名的食街，才5-6分鈡；吃飽可以回去睡午觉，才出发到日光岩看风景，很順心。 #另外，管家门都很友善，不但替我寄存行李、还替我把行李搬运到房间，而且已把空调先开好。 保安方面，大门有工作人員守着，晚间出入有密碼。

Convenient location only around 10 mins walk from Sanqiutian ferry pier. The room was clean and tidy, everything was good except only plain breakfast available.

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

酒店位置:在沙坡尾中心。距離南普陀廈大 5分鐘就到，距離白城沙灘也是15分鐘步行。性價比:很高，房間很舒服，隔音效果也好，床鋪也舒服。房間設施:設施很齊全，每幾個房間中間有一個沙發，天台休憩區。房間景觀:很大的玻璃窗户，視野很明亮。多種多樣設施齊全服務:很熱情，很到位。離海邊很近，走幾分鐘就到了沙灘，有興致可以騎車走環島路旅遊。 對面是廈門大學 植物園 海邊。酒店的服務很到位，需要什麼，很快就送過來 設施齊全完善 設施新穎 很棒。酒店位置很贊，距離中山路、廈門大學、沙坡尾都很近，距離廈門火車站10多分鐘車程，一樓大廳的環境和味道都很棒，前台小姐姐服務熱情，整體很滿意。我最關注的是安靜和衞生，入住起來睡眠一級棒，比鄰大海的夜晚安靜舒服，房間乾淨，整潔，地理位置優越，附近的景點很多，植物園就在樓下，酒店前台辦理入住的小夥子，小姑娘也是十分熱情好客，下次來玩還住這裏

一個靠譜客房經理張黎明挽救了酒店印象。整個酒店系統流程很完善，前台入住也有機器輔助，點外賣有機器人配送，但是服務人員很神奇地都沒什麼服務意識。入住當天廈門很冷，在靠北的房間待了兩個小時暖氣還是沒有起作用，穿着羽絨服和幾層衣服在酒店房間裏的瑟瑟發抖，打客房部電話説暖氣是好的，再等等，語氣官方漠不關心。過一小時再打電話説明情況，説派工程部看看等了半小時又沒有人來，又打客房幸得張黎明接電話，馬上安排工程部上門檢修，她自己也到房間確認，一起確定是送風口温度夠但是風力不足，立馬安排更換南面的房間並且協助我搬東西換房，到了對面房間僅5分鐘工程人員離開前就已經升温。當時很感謝張小姐的服務並承諾記下名字要評論表揚她，事後太忙拖延至今，今天翻包看到當時留下提醒自己評論的這張卡片趕緊來表揚。希望貴酒店其他人員都能有張小姐這種解決問題的態度和能力，問題不是拖沒的，快速響應客人的需求才能解決問題。謝謝。

位置距離科技館衹有15分鐘車程，有地下提車場，交通方便。樓下吃的選擇多，走個十分鐘，整個小吃一條街。就是網上訂兩間房，結果去到要分開樓層，感覺前台安排的不怎麼合理，訂兩間肯定是需要在一起的，結果造成諸多不便！希望多多改進吧……在服務上，還是要以顧客需求為準。

The hotel is very near to Xiamen Airport T3. I booked it for sake for transitting the next day. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off between hotel and T3/T4 Xiamen Airport. The hotel room is very comfy. All required amenities is available. I sleep very well. Comfy and clean room. Highly recommend.
