房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨。雖然八號房面積不大（或許因為衞生間佔比大了些），但屋頂挑高設計，視野還是開闊的。去主要景點和三丘田碼頭也都很近，七八分鐘。前台和阿姨都很友善耐心。早餐8-10點供應，早起人五六點就餓了自己吃了點，快八點還飽着就出去逛了一個多小時，回來路上恰逢小哥微信貼心提醒早餐時間快截止了。吃葯需要燒開水泡沖劑，礦泉水不夠，感謝小哥又給了一瓶。下午茶不錯可以送房間開空調吃，水果新鮮（對習慣每天都吃水果的人來説很貼心），茶葉茶具咖啡杯碟齊全。冰箱裏還有飲料。早餐健康清淡量足，有膠囊咖啡機，説明書簡潔明瞭，操作簡易，還有豆漿牛奶酸奶吐司果醬安佳黃油多士爐，取需。驚喜的是房間裏的藍牙bose音響，音質非常優秀，晚上調低音量入眠可以屏蔽外面一些小聲音，對入睡困難的人來説太友好啦，有點心動自己要不也買一個哈！中午退房後可以把行李包裹寄放前台繼續輕裝遊玩，需要放冰箱的葯也麻煩小哥先借用一下冰箱放置。總體來説，在這住很舒適很滿意！

這是我住過的帶給我最多驚喜的一次民宿！120年的古堡，質感韻味滿滿，房間內部的裝飾風格温馨復古，推開房門莫名的熟悉感，恍惚間覺得自己曾在這裏住過很久了…先是在房間的抽屜裏發現了楊桃院子出品的詩集，後來又發現竇唯曾住過這裏，還創作了一張同名專輯……我的天，楊桃院子真真是文藝魂，實打實的詩意旅館！房間又乾淨又安靜，舒適安逸，前台小哥哥非常熱情温和、細緻周到，會主動關心住客，住楊桃院子像住老朋友家。旅館位置很好，去島上各個景點都很方便。這次恰逢鋼琴周，小院兒也是官方設定的鋼琴表演點之一，好幸運！下次帶家人來，一定還住楊桃院兒～😊

民宿位置離小吃街、附近幾大景點都很近，就是上島以後行李不方便，國慶期間不配送行李，且整個島上衹能步行真的很麻煩。還好到了以後房間很乾凈和圖片上一模一樣，住的也很舒服，訂了早餐可以吃，入住會送鼓浪嶼地圖，前台小哥哥也會給你規劃行程推薦好吃的，很貼心，總之服務很好！而且價格在國慶期間也不算貴了。

在城市住久了，希望找一個鬧鐘求靜的地方，幾次來鼓浪嶼，這次是第一次住在島上，而且是一個人，剛下飛機不久，接到酒店電話，加了微信後，為方便尋找告訴了詳盡的地圖和路線圖，雖然在有導航的今天，這樣的周到還是特別的暖心，到酒店後，工作人員看我有些疲憊，給我房間做了升級，值得一提的是在之前的微信詢問我郵輪時間，提前將空調開好，使我進入房間的那一剎那、了，那種涼爽的感覺沁入心脾，酒店是一個有歷史的別墅，環境幽靜，並附有歷史的沉澱，每個連廊，過道，樓梯都有一些小景觀小雕塑，富有生活的情趣，雖然距繁華的龍頭路，福州路很近，但晚上很安靜，一覺睡到天亮。有一個圓形樓梯，退房時詢問是親自間，下次再來帶着家人試下那個房間，好像是一層一間，很有意思。下次再來我肯定會再光顧這裏，居住環境好，建築有感覺，性價比也高。

The hotel is very centrally located right next to the popular pedestrian Zhongshan Road. The room was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Staff didn‘t really speak English, but was happy to communicate through a translator app.
Would stay here again. Very good for the price

Great place near lots of good food. Didn't have any trouble checking in as a foreigner. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me get a SIM card as well as book a ferry ticket. They did a great job and I'm very thankful.

酒店設施齊全，有洗衣房和自助早餐。我對酒店衞生比較挑剔，這間酒店衞生很乾凈，春節假期能這個價格住到這麼乾淨酒店真的很不錯。

位置距離科技館衹有15分鐘車程，有地下提車場，交通方便。樓下吃的選擇多，走個十分鐘，整個小吃一條街。就是網上訂兩間房，結果去到要分開樓層，感覺前台安排的不怎麼合理，訂兩間肯定是需要在一起的，結果造成諸多不便！希望多多改進吧……在服務上，還是要以顧客需求為準。

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

Bilik agak luas, tetapi katil double agak kecil. Soket tidak memerlukan transformer, yang hebat!
Apa yang kami tidak berpuas hati ialah kad bilik kami telah dinyahmagnetkan sebelum waktu daftar keluar dan kami terpaksa pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk menanganinya.

Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bertimbang rasa, terutamanya Wu Zaimin dan Yang Baoxing, yang lebih bersemangat dalam perkhidmatan mereka. Kerana saya perlu mendaftar keluar awal untuk menaiki kereta api, saya tidak dapat makan sarapan yang saya pesan, jadi meja depan juga menyediakan dua sarapan ringkas yang menyegarkan. Sebutan istimewa ialah sarapan pagi mereka yang mewah. Bilik itu sangat bersih. Perlu diingatkan bahawa sesetengah perabot mempunyai sedikit kerosakan permukaan dan perlu dibaiki dalam masa, supaya ia akan kelihatan lebih sejajar dengan gred empat bintang.

PPengguna TetamuMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.
