Hotel is well situated at the wharf with a few minutes away from many busses that are able to take you to the various attractions.
Front desk staff was friendly and helped where asked.
Room was clean and also cleaned every day.However the hotel needs some updates.
View of wharf was beautiful at night and it was a novelty to be able to enjoy the city and wharf skyline in its full glory while having a nice bath.
Did not take breakfast at the hotel and this would be my only negative point in that the eating area seemed to be dirty all the time.
Other than that it was a good experience.

I was impressed with the front office staff Ms. JuanJuan Liao, she was cheerful, professional and helpful; I would rate her as one of the best hotel staff I have ever met. Given the GM Mr. Paul Zhang demonstrated as a great leader over my stay of 4 nights at the hotel, he was very hands on and professionally offered support to his staff and guests.
They are great asset to the Company.

Friendly, helpful staff clean rooms and a pleasure for a change to shower with decent water pressure and plenty hot water and be woken up by birds not traffic.
Tailored to local taste but this is understandable considering I was one of maybe three Europeans I saw over the weekend.

酒店是頗新的也做到我的要求，房間大而景靓，一望無際，還有海景，美極了，早餐是中西式的自助餐，豐富而美味，飲品是多樣加多樣化，坐在窗邊的餐桌,望著海景吃早餐，實在人生快事。負責餐廳的女服務員勤快，有禮貌，雖然在春假期間旅客很多，但是她仍然面露笑容，敬業樂業。
在這暑酒店住了六天五晚，遇到的怪事接二連三
1. 已在房門掛了請勿騷擾的牌及按亮請勿騷擾的燈，但是吃完早餐竟然房務員已打掃完畢，向前投訴，負責的阿姨居然話我掛了請清潔房間的牌，還說拍了照片，她怎麼知道會有人投訴呢?她說拍了照又拿不出照片，我沒有再追究，只表明下不為例。
2. 翌日從外返回酒店，已是晚上九時多，居然沒有清潔房間，結果我要坐在大堂呆等了半小時
3. 隹酒店期,晚上九時多返酒店，大堂有廿個幼童由幾個成人帶領，在大堂喧嘩,追逐，成人不管，前台工作人員不管，連保安也不管，更離譜的還是有多個小童居然肆無忌憚同小狗(黃色)玩，成人不管，前台工作人員不管，連保安也不管，結果一大群人連小狗一起坐升降機上樓，同前台反映投訴，結果拿了一個匪夷所思的理由推搪。

4. 20/2 早上約11時半，看到有兩位穿著整齊的男子在前台附近的沙發吸煙談天，煙味濃烈，而前台工作人員不管不理，視而不見，聞(煙)而不覺，今次我沒有投訴，因為我覺得這樣的酒店，這樣的職員..............令人氣憤，令人失望..........

The hotel is very near to Xiamen Airport T3. I booked it for sake for transitting the next day. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off between hotel and T3/T4 Xiamen Airport. The hotel room is very comfy. All required amenities is available. I sleep very well. Comfy and clean room. Highly recommend.

位置距離科技館衹有15分鐘車程，有地下提車場，交通方便。樓下吃的選擇多，走個十分鐘，整個小吃一條街。就是網上訂兩間房，結果去到要分開樓層，感覺前台安排的不怎麼合理，訂兩間肯定是需要在一起的，結果造成諸多不便！希望多多改進吧……在服務上，還是要以顧客需求為準。

Overall the room is nice but guess I had high expectations as it was written it's an international hotel. The breakfast was all Chinese nothing catered for the other customers, so much improvement is needed there. Also non of the front desk or anyone I came across in the hotel speaks English........... One good thing is the hotel is not far from the airport and the nearest subway station and bus stop is justt by the hotel. One does not need to walk far.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

DDavis LimUpon check in, Manager Andy was at the reception and offered an upgrade when he saw that I was with my eighty years old mother and children.
He was amazingly polite and I truly appreciated his effort to make our stay as comfortable as can be.
The hotel is amongst the best in the region and I was given a room with sea view.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who love a great view and impeccable service.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

Oleh itu, banyak kemudahan baru dipasang, dan secara keseluruhannya lebih bersih. Air, minuman dan biskut disediakan di bilik tetamu, dan teh juga disediakan di lobi, yang sememangnya sangat bertimbang rasa. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah penghawa dingin yang lama dan bising. EExpatThis hotel was priced above average considering the time of year and the neighboring hotels. I cannot say that my stay was very good here because of a few things. When I checked in the procedure for passport and everything was completed. They had to do the process again later that night. The water did go out while I stayed there but they fixed it within 20 minutes. The neighboring hotel and beach were doing construction, so I had lots of noise going on out my window early in the morning. The location is good because it’s close to the beach, however the dining advertised is at the hotel next to it. I did ask the Trip.com app to update the information for the hotel because the breakfast included was not what they would typically serve because they confirmed it depended on the number of guests. I could not eat the food that they offered me and they were not willing to adjust the price. trip.com offered me trip coins, however my overall stay here was disappointing because even the car gate was having delays. There were things such as maybe teabags or cotton swabs that I asked to have in the room, but none of those are offered. The view is very nice. The cleaning staff is very friendly. However their breakfast area was just an empty banquet room with empty shaving dishes and they had a family temporally making plates of whatever they decided. I definitely think this hotel needs to have some love and attention, especially considering that the neighboring hotels are upgrading their properties. I feel that the rates should’ve been lower considering all of the construction in the walkways behind the hotel. I honestly have no clue have dinner was available or not. I saw a total of three staff members there and then the family of three making the place of breakfast in the two days. The price of the hotel changed by 200 yuan in Trip.com in less than 12 hours on the day that I reserved. Only difference was that breakfast was not included.

PPengguna TetamuMy elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location.
When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness.
From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish.
The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street.
A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel.
There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel.
We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50.
I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

PPengguna TetamuReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask.
