I booked a stargazing room, hoping to lie in bed at night and watch the stars. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so that wish wasn't fulfilled. Breakfast was simple: steamed buns, congee, and eggs. We had hot pot at the hotel in the evening, and the stir-fried dishes were delicious.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They also offer a complimentary ******* costume experience, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was quite good too! Overall, it's one of the better hotels in the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area in terms of amenities and service. The only minor drawback was the lack of counter space in the bathroom for toiletries; I had to go to the bedroom to do my makeup after washing my face. Hopefully, this can be improved.

The hotel's location is just average. It's in a somewhat isolated stretch of road with no shops or restaurants nearby, so you have to drive whenever you want to eat or buy anything. The receptionist was very friendly and her service attitude was excellent. Upon entering the room, there was a strong, distinct chemical/rubbery smell. The staff explained it was from recently installed sunshades that had been aired out. We opened the windows and doors to ventilate, and the smell eventually faded. Later in the evening, the shower drain got clogged, but the staff promptly came to fix it. It was cold up on the mountain, and for some reason, the room's AC unit couldn't be switched off entirely; we could only set it to heating. Overall, the stay was just average and didn't offer good value for money.

It's less than 600 meters from Fengqing Street, or about a 3-minute drive. If you prefer not to leave home, you can order food on the first floor of the hotel. They offer a special yak soup pot and small stir-fries, which are affordable and delicious. Because the hotel is located in the plateau, at a slightly higher altitude, it's quite cold at night even in summer, so the air conditioning is set to warm air. As for the rubber smell you mentioned, after receiving your feedback, we increased the frequency and duration of ventilation, and the smell is now much lighter. You can check the recent reviews; no guests have reported similar issues. We sincerely apologize again for not being able to give you a perfect experience this time, and we look forward to seeing our changes next time you visit. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was impeccably clean. We had initially booked for two nights, but due to my mother's altitude sickness, we needed to head back to Chengdu a day earlier than planned. The front desk team were exceptionally helpful and quickly processed our early check-out. I am truly thankful for their understanding and assistance. Wishing your business all the best!

A truly wonderful stay, definitely five stars! The hotel was spotless and felt very cozy and comfortable. Our room offered breathtaking, expansive views of the lush green mountains outside the window, and the hotel itself was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent, featuring traditional Chinese options like congee, milk, soy milk, steamed buns, baozi, youtiao, and eggs, along with a good selection of delicious hot dishes. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Siguniang Mountain; it offers excellent value for money!

We arrived very early, well before the official check-in time, but the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. They immediately processed our early check-in and kindly upgraded us to a room with a view, free of charge. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained; opening the curtains revealed a stunning vista of lush green mountains, which instantly brightened our day. Later that evening, I experienced some mild altitude sickness. I reached out to the front desk, and they responded immediately, promptly delivering complimentary glucose to our room. Breakfast was also quite substantial. They offered not only the classic 'three staples' of Western Sichuan breakfast – congee, steamed buns, and various small side dishes – but also freshly stir-fried seasonal vegetables and piping hot, freshly fried dough sticks (youtiao). We were truly delighted! (As a bonus, here's a picture of the 'blue hour' captured from the hotel's terrace.)

The room was quite clean, and the view from the window was absolutely lovely. The parking lot downstairs even offered EV charging, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a good stay. We were traveling as a family and needed two rooms. We hadn't noted this when booking, so the staff wasn't aware initially. However, during check-in, the staff not only managed to get us rooms on the same floor but also upgraded us to mountain view rooms free of charge.

Check-in at the front desk was quite fast, but the room's cleanliness wasn't up to par; I found two hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the front desk and they promptly changed them. The facilities were a bit dated; I had to wait a while for hot water when showering, and the carpets also looked quite old. However, the location is quite good. The hotel faces lush green mountains and a flowing stream, offering fresh air, and parking spaces were ample. Breakfast offered basic items like eggs, milk, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, along with two side dishes and two types of congee. The taste was just average. It would be great if they could upgrade the facilities.

For our early July self-driving trip through Western Sichuan, Siguniang Mountain was our first stop after leaving the city. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and truly experienced a 'world of difference'. Our first night was in a standard room (the 'Banshan' type). It was clean and met the passable standards for an older property in a mountain scenic area. However, the stark contrast with our second night truly highlighted its basic nature. For the second night, we moved to a 'Family Starry-Sky Room,' while our friends had a 'Starry-Sky Mahjong Room'. This entire floor felt like a different world compared to the lower ones – it was newly renovated, featured large windows, smart amenities, and even a terrace. The Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area is definitely worth visiting, and this hotel is quite decent overall.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Upon check-in, the friendly front desk staff thoughtfully reminded us not to take a hot shower on the first day. Dinner at the downstairs restaurant was also quite good. The highlight was the surprisingly nice view from the window. However, it's important to note that the room's air conditioning only provided heating, not cooling. This wasn't specified during booking and should definitely be improved.

******* Attire Experience: Didn't try it. Facilities: Decent, but a bit dated. Cleanliness: Acceptable. They provide thick blankets and an oxygen concentrator. Location: Great. It's not far from the lively Siguniangshan town center, with plenty of dining options. Service: The lady at the front desk was very warm-hearted and kind. She reminded us of important things, helped recommend a driver, and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a view. A buffet breakfast is also provided.

The room was fantastic! We booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious, featuring one bathroom and two bedrooms. It came equipped with a smart toilet and electric curtains and could comfortably accommodate four people. All this for just over 400 yuan, including breakfast. They even provided an oxygen concentrator. The absolute highlight was being able to see snow-capped mountains right from the bed. At night, you could simply look up and enjoy the stars. The rooftop terrace also offered amazing photo opportunities. Absolutely wonderful!

The hotel is a little out of town. Only 3 other hotels in the area so for dinner you are kind of limited unless you order food delivery (*******) or eat at the restaurant. Breakfast spread was really good, we had buns, youtiao, porridge, conditions, soy milk, fresh milk etc. The receptionist also helped me to call for a shared car ride to the next town (Xiaojin) because the public bus didn’t arrive.

This hotel is my favorite in this trip. The room is spacious, the beds are so comfortable, the view is spectacular and the staffs are really nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
