服務的0.5分給前台，以需要入住確認碼為由，欺騙我的同行人（長者）開通會員，還不止一個人。被揭穿謊言後，還藉口是為了給wifi，承諾的退會員也沒有兑現。住了亞朵很多年，自己就是金卡會員，平時都自己在app定，第一次在攜程訂的就遇上這種事情，體驗感極差。酒店門口掛着會員體驗計劃的牌子，估計給到員工的kpi壓力很大，所以員工衹能不擇手段開會員。亞朵以後如果衹能靠欺騙手段來拉新的話，估計也走不遠了，很遺憾一個挺好的品牌就倒在誠信這件事情上。

對酒店房間的第一印象就是非常衞生乾淨，細節處理得很好，洗漱台上的桌面垃圾桶，馬桶邊的消毒濕巾，智能設施，這些入住的體驗感都很棒，還有就是早餐還不錯，還有停車場，性價比挺高的！

房間比較大，也安靜衞生。地處市中心，離吃飯的地方比較近。早餐還是挺豐富的。停車不是很方便，但是酒店保安很負責任，安排妥當。前台小哥哥還送行程安排和了小禮物，很貼心。（ฅ•.•ฅ）ﻌﻌﻌ♥️

酒店服務特別好，無論是前台還是門口保安大叔都很熱情耐心。早餐種類不是很多，但是精緻，咖啡豆漿牛奶茶該有的都有。酒店位置也好，美食街就在旁邊，已經連着吃了兩天海鮮了。總體很滿意。大堂還有熱花果茶，要是有咖啡機就更完美了

地理位置好，地處縣城中心，繁華地段，交通便利，吃東西、逛街、宵夜、都很方便。
有地面停車場，免費停車，車位不多，有點緊張。
房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施比較新，房間空間寬敞。
有自助洗衣房，洗、烘、熨燙，都很方便。
負責洗衣房的工作人員很細心，洗後未能及時取出轉換烘乾的，工作人員看到會幫忙處理，標明房間號的，洗好後，工作人員會送至房門口。
前台的服務態度好，周邊景點遊，出行有疑問的，都會盡量幫忙解答。
之前來過一次霞浦，住的就是這家亞朵，因為對這裏的服務印象很深，雖然停車位有點緊張，這次出行還是再次選擇了這裏。
尤其要謝謝前台的工作人員牧森，幫忙諮詢了旅遊線路，還幫忙諮詢乘船事宜，好感謝，好評，推薦入住。

體驗很好！印象很好！總體比較新，房間標準高，燈光設計合理，遮光滿意，浴室使用舒服。服務親切耐心，非常細緻。適合商務出差，非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍。温馨、安靜、雅緻，房間有書，提供茶飲，早飯還不錯。

提倆個建議：1是大門口可以放一個斜坡方便拉行李的女生（真的門口又沒有保安又沒有服務員，大門可能開空調也是關着的叫不應，台階有點高，重的行李自己抬着上來屬實有點累）2冰箱未插電告知（一般酒店冰箱都會在使用狀態，習慣性直接把保鮮物品往裡塞，我第一次入住亞朵也以為冰箱壞了後來發現是沒插電…這次也是習慣性飲料吃的一放後知後覺發現沒插電，我覺得酒店還是要有牌子告知一下“冰箱未插電如有使用自行插電”。

新開的亞朵，在城區中心，環境好，交通便利，周圍很多海鮮大排檔。客服妹妹熱情周到，免費升級到了幾木房，還贈送了早餐，洗衣房使用方便，還貼心的備了吸色紙，有機會來霞浦還會選擇。
