We loved our trip here! It was so nice to be close to Zhengzhou, but also in nature. It was an easy drive from the city, so perfect for a weekend get away. We loved having the hot tub in our backyard with the view. The staff was very helpful and always responded quickly. Mike was especially amazing. He took us on a tour of the other units after we checked out so we could choose the best one for when we come back! The only thing we were disappointed at was the stove top in our unit wasn’t connected to gas, so it didn’t work. We were able to use the oven to cook, so it worked out for us, but you should ask before you go if you’re planning to cook in unit.

第一次來鄭州選了銀基度假區，剛好看見有適合一家人來住的房間，開始看評價還是比較擔憂，因為一家人都有鼻炎對環境要求高，一來發現是自己想多了，真的特別好，尤其晚上空氣特別好，這個季節避開高峯期也很舒服，最重要的是服務，我和老公帶娃去摩天輪，公婆倆人在院子裏坐着，我們回來發現私湯的水已經放好了，管家張建秋大姐特別的貼心，服務特別的好，讓我有啥需求一定要跟她説，我説真的各方面都很到位了因為平時我是個特別挑剔且有強迫症的人，就算有什麼事也是立刻落實到位了，接駁車的小哥還有前台包括門口的銷售也都特別好。幾天玩下來特別舒服，停車，接駁車，早餐，温泉，服務，各方面都沒的説。家裡人都很滿意這次的行程！
