I will definitely be booking again. The staff was very nice and informative, the location was very convenient and the room was clean. The room is a great size for travel, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, a coffee machine, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. I saw a few reviews regarding the noise, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. It was very quiet.

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

The hotel was solid. No amenties except for workout room. Although centrally located, it’s located on a one way street which made it very difficult to drive to and from any specific area. However, would DEFINITELY recommend staying here. Safe, clean lovely staff.

The best Hampton Inn from all 3 branches we have stayed. The location is great with a reasonable 24h parking fee. Staffs provide great service and the facilities are nice. The rooms are clean and newer than others. Breakfast provides more variety than others and better taste.

The lobby has a fireplace and plenty of sofas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was bright and clean. The 24-hour fitness room is small but well-equipped. I feel that Hotel Hilton's hotels are generally very good and I will choose more of their hotels in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk service was very good. They answered all my questions and patiently solved my problems. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Harvard and MIT. I recommend staying here if you are visiting a school

The staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful — they assisted me with everything I asked for. We even had a small misunderstanding about the deposit payment, but together with the supervisor, they handled it in a way that minimized the issue for me, and I really appreciate that. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the hotel offered plenty of amenities. You can easily store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Since I was staying alone, the room size was sufficient for me. However, I absolutely disliked the location of my room — I’d rate it only 3 out of 10. It was right next to the shared bathroom, and I could hear flushing and shower sounds all night long, so I couldn’t fall asleep at all. When I went to the reception after midnight, the staff member on duty wasn’t helpful and told me there were no other rooms available, even though I saw the same room type listed as available on ***********. Overall, I liked the hotel itself, but I was very dissatisfied with my room’s location and barely got any sleep because of the noise.

This is a very beautiful hotel and of the same quality as any Hilton in a large city, such as Boston. It is more affordable than Boston. It has a lot of great features including a huge pool very nice rooms and an excellent restaurant and bar area. I ate and had a few drinks there and the food was great and the drinks were fantastic. Free parking friendly staff I really enjoyed my stay

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.  

The hotel is divided into many buildings. It takes a little time to find a room after check-in. Normal American breakfast, bed facilities are the same as chain brand quality, about 20 minutes walk from main street and train station, and it is safer to walk in the small city.
