The amenities looked modern on the surface, yet they could be better maintained. For instance, the shower drain was totally plugged and the entire bathroom was flooded with water after my shower. It was frustrating that I had to mop the floor right after taking a shower :( On the plus side, the staffs were commendable and service was excellent. We were always pleasantly greeted and felt welcome by all. A special shout out to a young staff called Zhou Qirun; he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was always eager to assist my husband and I during the entire duration of our stay. His positive attitude and valuable assistance were very much appreciated!

在網上看到這家酒店感覺不錯又在景區邊上很方便，就預訂了一晚，想先來體驗一下，不行再換別的酒店。沒想到過來一看非常滿意，首先酒店的位置在山腳下坡上，雖然路盲開車進來稍微有點兒懵，但由於不挨着路邊, 所以鬧中取靜，非常符合休閑遊的要求。 山景大床房麪南正對着鳳凰嶺索道，房內設施全部是智能的，電視超大，大床舒適助眠，酒店特意給我們留了一間雙陽台的房間，可以在陽台上喝茶看書，欣賞雲台山的朝霧晚霞。酒店前還有一片草坪，庭院鞦韆供小童嬉戲玩耍，適合親子游。順着酒店後面的道路步行五分鐘便是美食街，晚上燈火輝煌各種燒烤和特色美食熱鬧非凡。 沿着美食街下去五分鐘路程就是岸上服務區，可乘景區觀光車到達各個景點，十分方便。 酒店的前台服務人員非常友善，不僅為我們預留了最好的房間，而且主動向我們介紹景區遊玩的最佳線路規化，迎來送往微笑熱情，使我們有賓至如歸的感受。 總之，一切超出預期的滿意，所以連着續了兩晚。

房間設施: 酒店定位為四星級，已經是修武縣這裏最好的酒店了，設施都還是比較新的。 性價比: 因為在雲台山腳下距離雲台山比較遠，所以性價比比較高，比雲台山上那些民宿還要划算。 早餐: 自助，東西還算是比較多的，基本上該有的都有。 餐廳: 餐廳在2樓，早餐中餐午餐都共用這個餐廳。 位置交通: 距離修武西站也就是高鐵站很近，步行就能到達沒有必要打車。 游泳池: 游泳池就是露天的那一個，沒有室內游泳池。 服務: 到底是這種大牌的星級酒店，工作人員培訓比較到位，服務都很好，比起雲台山上那些民宿還是要好很多的。

However, room service is average, likely due to understaffing. Additionally, the room telephone was not functioning, necessitating guests to go to the front desk for assistance. This can be particularly challenging for foreigners facing language barriers. The hotel is situated outside of the town, making it difficult to find a taxi. For guests seeking specific dining options, such as halal food, it is challenging to locate these through online apps, requiring a trip into town. This, coupled with the difficulty in finding a taxi, adds to the inconvenience.

焦作本地人！跟好朋友一起出來散心太遠的怕堵車乾脆選擇了雲台山，然後就開始挑選酒店🏨然後看見這家了選擇這家是因為靠近山感覺特別放鬆就定了，來的時候我們大袋子小袋子帶的特別多管家久幫我們拿東西，幫我們送到房間，前台辦入住的時候那個紅茶水真的很好喝（記憶深刻）然後管家帶我們去房間了。陽台上的風景真的有被治癒，有被驚呆🤯然後就跟好朋友在房間裏呆了一天沒出門。晚上點了他們家的菜阿姨給送到了房間和好朋友在房間裏吃了飯微醺了這種感覺真的很美妙啊！！但是着急吃忘拍照了📷第二天早上還有早餐那個包子真的好吃比在市裡買的要好吃的多然後阿姨給我裝了兩個哈哈😁反正這次的體驗感很不錯！以後會經常光臨的

山路不算難開，基本一路是順暢的。停車也很方便，我們大約下午兩點多到的，進入小院能感受到設計師每一個細節都很用心，每一個房間有屬於自己的空間，安靜，互不打擾，看看山裡的景色放空自己，適合舒緩壓力。因為是夏天自然，蚊子比較多是難免的。 房間裏設施都算齊全，定的親子房上層有一個榻榻米，一家人住在一個房間很方便，美中不足就是榻榻米通風環境差一些，空調吹不上去比較熱。還有就是山上房間略有潮濕味。 不需要再去雲台山，在院子裏走走心情也很舒暢。 就餐環境不錯，能看到遠處的景色，只是空調不怎麼涼快，吃飯時一直在出汗。菜的味道因為因人而異不過多評價，但價格卻也是不便宜。 不喜熱鬧，希望遠離喧囂煩惱感受慢節奏的親適合入住。
