Amazing service at first arrival the doors were opened and I was greeted with very friendly staff who treated me with the utmost respect. The food was delicious as far as fine dining goes. The steak order was mixed up however we were given a new steak and complimentary drinks which was a nice gesture for a small mistake. We had massages and they were the best massages I have ever had in my life. We were given a tour of all the facilities and I really enjoyed my experience overall.

I have just retuned from a weekend stay at the Merrion with my daughter to celebrate my birthday. It was absolutely beautiful. Our room was spectacular, huge, so clean and every amenity you could wish for. The turn down and make up service was the best I have experienced in any hotel. Real attention to detail. Room service was so prompt and the food was amazing. We had drinks in 1923 and The Cellar Bar, both of which were also awesome. We ate in the Sunday evening in The Garden Room which was fabulous. We used the Spa facilities and had treatments each. Our Therapists were really great. Overall a very memorable trip and I was unable to fault any aspect of the hotel. We will definitely be back.

The food was fantastic but everything is about 6 times the price. The service was great also but in comparison to other 5 star hotels it could of done with some work for example the it was my first time in the spa area and I didn't really get very good directions as to where everything was such as in the Marker hotel I was greeted, given a tour and treated as a king which is what you should expect from first class service.

Palacete antiguo remodelado que alberga la esencia de épocas pasadas, con un edificio más moderno adjunto al antiguo.Entorno tranquilo con un precioso jardín trasero y delantero manteniendo el encanto de la época. Espectacular. La única pega es la distancia al centro.

The staff were excellent, very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding in a beautiful setting. The room was incredibly comfortable and premium. The location allowed an easy walk into the city and the beautiful building made it a special stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely check in by young lady, didn't get her name, but she told me she was in final year in Shannon college. Beautiful food and service in Saddle room, all the team were excellent but the name I remember is Emanuel. The doorman on Monday morning, a wet one, was just excellent, he made our morning, I did not get his name but was a senior Irish gentleman, Irish hospitality at its best from him. Lovely bedroom, extremely comfortable bed and lush pillows. Overall, a wonderful experience, all promises delivered, I forgot to mention the excellent young lady mixologist in the bar, wonderful cocktails.

The service and staff were exceptional. The reception checked us in quickly and had our bags in our rooms within 10 minutes. The rooms very nice and extremely clean. They had everything we needed and more. The concierge was very quick to collect us from the taxi and usher us to the front desk. They also provided help with reservations and taxi service. All done very quickly and always with a smile. This hotel values its guests and it shows in every little detail. We were well taken care of during our stay and would definitely book here again.
