AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. - This hotel is a catfish 😊 We checked into a room which had stains on the sofa, a pile of combined dust that the house cleaner must have swept under the bed, a dirty/rusty bin, limescale all over the shower and no wifi! Our room was not cleaned for 4 of the 7 days that we were there, not even clean towels. After complaining to reception, they sent a house keeper to our room and all she did was mop the floor? No fresh towels, bedding, toilet paper – didn’t even make the bed or wipe down the TV cabinet (which is an awful shade of yellow). Wifi does not reach past the main reception so don’t expect to have any at the pool or beach. We complained twice about the wifi not reaching the room (which is just below reception) and they bought a router to our room on day 5. Half of the gym equipment doesn’t work. They try and tell you that you cant order a yellow cab to the hotel so they can rip you off with the hotel car… but after enough arguing they called a yellow taxi. I could go on and on… but the quote of the trip was ‘why are you staying at palmalife there are so many nicer places in Bodrum’. Enjoy xxx

Good service good satff speciale mr fouad he is very friendly and supporter. Hotel beach is very nice and clean with a good food. Room service is nice and clean. The room view is very nice Also the lounge is good

The hotel was great! The room was very nice and clean. The pool and beach areas are very beautiful, and the service is great. The food was also very good, and the sunset views were amazing. Would definitely come back!

After my last stay 10 years ago I stayed 3 nights in Palmalife. Since then the hotel become uncared. During my 3 days stay management was replaced. There was no hook for towels in the room. The WC had leakage no one could take care. There was a kettle and nescafe but no water for boil it. Only against payment they delivered water. I stayed in hundred of different hotels and Palmalife was only hotel I which didn’t put free water in the room. Pillows and bed mattress very uncomfortable .

Very nice place, enjoyed our stay. the food here is also very nice. quick service and pleasant stay, the staff is also very cordial and co operative, especially SESIL, The guest relations supervisor, she was too kind & friendly and very helpful,

Our stay at Palmalife Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is situated in a perfect location with a breathtaking view. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals and offered a variety of options. The pool area was also enjoyable, with a relaxing atmosphere. Palmalife Hotel had everything we needed to make our vacation unforgettable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

ÖNCELİKLE BİZ HAZİRAN 2019’DA BU OTELİ ZİYARET ETTİK.BU YORUM 2019’DA YAŞADIKLARIMIZA GÖREDİR. ilk olarak odamızı iki kez yaşadığımız sorunlar yüzünden değişmek zorunda kaldık. odayı resmen böcekler bastı. ikinci odamızda aynanın arkasında örümcek yumurtaları olduğunu fark ettik ama gene de o odada kaldık çünkü son gecemizdi. fakat akşama doğru 3 aylık kızımın bebek yatağında örümcek dolaştığını fark ettik, çok korktuk. son gece olmasına rağmen gece yarısı otelden ayrılıp yeni bir otele geçmek zorunda kaldık. her yer örümcek karınca böcek doluydu. eğer bu sıkıntılar olmasaydı çok daha iyi bir tatil deneyimi geçirebilirdik o otelde. diyeceklerim bu kadar.

Çok güzel bir otel, çok ilgililer harika zaman geçirdik. Dinlenmek için gitmiştim ama hem dinlenmiş hem de eğlenceli zaman geçirmiş oldum. İlgilenen tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.
