Cactus Fleur Beach

Mesut is the best. Food is awful. Hotel is beautiful. And beach is lovely also but the food really lets this hotel down. It’s very poor quality food and repetitive. Rooms are nice but quite small. I would recommend this hotel if the food was better

All staff are so helpful and great location. Spa wellness was amazing however food is not good, need more variety. Had a great sing along with the animation Bil! great views by the beach need more day time entertainment!

First of all, I’ll go over the negatives of this hotel, the food is abysmal, me and my family went out many times just to get different food, and at one point we even got a takeaway. There’s not a great selection of alcohol, so the people who drink alcohol in my family were quite disappointed. Entertainment for children is very good but for older people it is not so good. Now I’ll move onto the positives of this hotel which there are ALOT. The staff were welcoming and friendly, there was one staff member named Mesut who was one of the nicest people I have ever met, he went out of HIS way to make OUR holiday one of the most memorable. The water park was absolutely outstanding, the hotel was small so you didn’t have to walk miles just to get to the swimming pool, the rooms were all in a nice location instead of just lined up like in other hotels. The hotel is right next to beach, with a lovely pier so you can go further out into the ocean if you choose. Overall, I think this hotel still needs to improve on providing freshly cooked food (not stews) and a better selection of fresh food and alcohol. Daytime activities and entertainment need to be improved. If these negatives were rectified I would visit again. I would not recommend here, unless they sort the above out.

We spent a week in this hotel - nice place for a family reunion. Helpful personnel, nice spa-centre, very good beach. Hamam and massage were very good!Spa-manager Mesut and Ekaterina from the reception were the best)

We have just returned from a holiday at the Cactus Fleur Beach Club hotel (Turkey) located in a beautiful bay near Yalikavak. The hotel was recommended to us by the travel agency Coral Travel because we were looking for a holiday in Aegean Turkey to feel the atmosphere of Turkish hospitality with a hint of Greek styling (we don't like monolithic blocks with golden handles). The first impression assured us that we had chosen the right travel agency and the perfect hotel. The service is kind and people love it very much. Turkish-smelling meals served alternately with dishes of other cuisines for everyone (children and adults). Delicious appetizers, side dishes and fruit. Bars where you can drink everything: ayran, water, spirits, Turkish tea. Pools for everyone. People are the heart of the hotel. Bill who creates animations in the hotel (wonderful talented artist and singer able to draw children and adults into fun, leading an exceptional team of animators). Mesud, which offers services in a charming way in the hotel SPA, and then they are professionally performed (it is really worth using massages for the whole family, including hot chocolate or foam, and it is worth coming back to the SPA because you can get free gifts and big discounts). It is also worth talking to them about other things because they will advise anyone and help in practically every issue (and what's cool they speak English and learn to speak other languages, which is not so obvious in Turkey). The hotel staff tries very hard to make everyone feel good. They appreciate it very much when you reward them with a small tip. In the evenings, discos, concerts, quizzes with prizes are organized in the hotel. The hotel has direct access to the beautiful beach from the pier (plenty of sunbeds under umbrellas and canopies, a perfectly sandy bottom and a gentle descent to the sea to the very end of the pier). Coral Travel employees taking care of customers try very hard to ensure that the stay, transfers and trips take place as it should. They can well advise on the purchase of additional trips, and then professionally lead them (greetings to Joanna and Paula - without you nothing would work and you put your heart into Coral Travel!). This hotel is a beautiful place that has a heart and stays in the heart! I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, quiet place and a good base for visiting Bodrum and a hotel not far from the airport (transfer is less than an hour!). There is a bus stop and a taxi rank right next to the hotel (it is worth using it to visit Yalikavak Marina - a shopping center and a marina (prices are like in small Dubai, but also splendour).

Oda temizliği iyi , karşılama iyi resepsiyon güler yüzlü.türk kahvesinin belli saatleri var, lobi bar yok, gün içerisinde oturup birşeyler içebileceğiniz klimalı bir mekan yok, birşeyler içmek istediğinizde havuz kenarında olmasanız dahi cam bardakla içme şansınız yok. Birçok otel havuz kenarlarında tek kullanımlık bardaklsra geçmiş , fakat burda yıkanan çoğunda ruj izi olan plastik bardaklar var.olumsuz bir durumda şu havlu başına 50 tl depozito alınıyor, gün içerisinde ıslak havlunuzu değiştirmek zorunda kalırsanız 20 tl ücreti var havlu başına.manzarası güzel. Yemekler tabildottan hallice. Ana yemeklerde masalara servis açılmıyor, tabildot usulu çatal kaşığınızı kasaların içinden gidip alıyorsunuz.Bir diğer olumsuz durum ise akşam odaya çıkarken restaurant da manzarası olan masalara kıyafetler koyulduğunu gördüm garsonlarda ordaydı ve Ferdi isimli şef mi bilmiyorum kaba garsona buna izin veriliyorsa bende seçtiğim masaya kıyafet koyayım dedim. Kesinlikle izin verilmediğini koyarsamda kaldıracağını söyledi. Bende bunları neden kaldırmıyorsunuz dedim ve gittim odama .Akşam yemeğe indiğimde kot ceket hala aynı yerinde duruyordu ve masa boştu. Yani müşteri ayrımı yapan bir otel.Hasan isimli türk kahvesi yapan garsona çok teşekkür ediyorum. Çözüm odaklı ve güleryüzlüydü.Bir diğer olumsuzlukda odalarınızın önüne konulan sandalyelerde insanların gece geç saatlere kadar uyuyan insanları düşünmeden muhabbet etmeleri . Hiç memnun kalmadık birdaha tercih etmeyeceğiz.
