Hotel Yan＇an dengan Kolam Renang

賓館5⭐，設施完善，乾淨整潔，環境優美，服務周到！特別感謝前台的小姐姐，人美聲甜，愛了！愛了！早餐自助很豐盛的，牛肉粒香嫰，還温馨的準備了各種月餅，還有現磨咖啡☕……晚飯在中餐廳吃得，大廚手藝槓槓得，不管是當地特色菜，還是海鮮大餐👍👍👍👍

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

酒店坐落在延安郊區，距離市區二道街大概20公里！環境非常優美，酒店很大，有幾個住宿樓。還有散養的孔雀很可愛！就是周圍沒有吃的，適合自駕居住！ 有停車場，停車很方便！ 早餐看上去可以，實際上很一般，幾個很普通的炒菜，有沖兑的牛奶和大桶酸奶，沒有單獨的小盒酸奶！也沒有很多五星級酒店配的水果撈之類的，也就是三星酒店的早餐標準！不要對早餐期待太高！ 房間有四瓶礦泉水和2盒牛奶免費贈飲。 就是過道和房間的地攤感覺不舒服，走過去飄灰塵，反而不如純地磚地板那樣乾淨！ 總體來説，環境優美，住宿安逸！躺在房間欣賞窗外的山景，很放鬆心情！ 下次來延安，我應該還會首選這裏！

一般，房價不便宜，外面看還不錯，不知道為什麼評價那麼高，離景區又遠，可能是紅色教育基地吧，以後去雨岔大峽谷要住延安市裡麪，不過，習慣好評。

金延安丹韻民宿前台客服人員形象好氣質佳，普通話悦耳動聽，對客人和氣禮貌，服務細心周到，替客人着想，我體會到了五星級服務標準。 丹韻民宿位置居於金延安中心，接待大廳寬敞明亮，房間結構合理，裝修舒適，床鋪、茶席、書架、電視機配套設定精巧，衞生間整潔乾淨，洗漱設施先進高檔，一次性配品質量優良。客廳衣櫃、沙發、小冰箱、茶几應有盡有，窗簾、窗紗自動啟合、自動關閉。 丹韻民宿早餐是義和雅苑自助餐廳，品類多，可口美味。 以後再來金延安還住丹韻。

優點：民宿很大，整體建築很漂亮，離景區也很近，到山西那邊的景區遊客中心開車也就幾分鐘。早餐很豐盛，現在民宿裏面也有餐館可以吃飯。價格正常，味道還可以。房裡裏面也很乾凈，床鋪也很舒服。 缺點：我們房裡有一股味道，我聞起來嗓子不舒服，後來發現是房裡裏一個茶几的木頭味，很上頭。 另外早餐是送到房間的，但是送餐時間比較早早上七點半到八點，而且不能要求推遲送餐，睡懶覺的可能會有影響。 缺點不是很大問題，也因人而異，總體遊玩住宿還是很滿意的。

酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，酒店旁邊是條老街，飯後可以消遣散步。服務員個個都很熱情，前台小苗姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。晚上還熱情的詢問我們要不要吃深夜一碗麪可以送到房間，真的很貼心。酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服！衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，訂的是雙床房，面積也很大，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到！退房還可以寄存行李，贊！裝修非常有品味，房間的朝向很好，陽光充足，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。酒店的住宿體驗讓我印象深刻，無比欣慰。

這家酒店的早餐非常豐盛，有很多種選擇，房間很舒適，設施齊全。員工們態度熱情，樂於助人到酒店的時候感冒發燒，趕上外面暴雨天氣，沒法及時購買感冒葯，，前台的美女發現我狀態不好耐心詢問，知道我發燒感冒後幫我沖了她們自己的感冒葯，暖暖的很貼心，房間衞生也不錯，乾淨整潔，我在這裏度過了一個愉快的週末！

房間樓層很高，目測3.2米一層都有了，沒有壓抑感，大氣。房間衞生很好，住的舒服。國慶在前台入住需要排隊半小時等候，三個前台非常忙 但最後發現三個人是一起辦手續，經過幾手都是隻有以後一個人辦入住，其他都只是前期接洽溝通😅😅。雖然有推薦後面排隊的客人去C座辦入住，但帶着一堆行李和小孩，大家都不願意拖着行李跑去另外一棟樓。最吐槽的地方是前台反饋攜程當天下午六點後下單預訂的訂單，到了晚上九點半酒店系統都沒查到，折騰半天才能領到房卡。另外最差的是AC棟住的，第二天都早餐都集中在B座用餐，A座早餐廳不開。一千五六百人去B座餐廳用早，人多沒吃的 煎雞蛋都靠自己煎蛋才能吃到，面對人多管理方這個非常沒計劃和預案？
