HOTEL BALMI, After staying with 4 of my family in the HOTEL BALMI for 20 days, my experience in this hotel will not disappear in my life time memories. The rooms are huge, high security for the family, spotless clean, high tech light switch, amazing temperature control (even water for shower), very convenient to access to China Town and with fantastic house keeping team. My favourite activity was having a drink & delicious foods and looking the stunning sun set river view from roof top restaurant that is smashing. On the roof top restaurant, Opposite of the river view, I can even see the Shwe Dagon Pagoda (the greatest landmark of Myanmar), WHAT A GOOD LOCATION IS. All the staff are well trained professional in their rows, very polite and willing to provide their relevant services to the guests at anytime even in the 2:00am. My favourite staff are Patrick (F&B Supervisor) Shine Ko Ko (F&B Captain) Zin Ko Khant (F&B Service) Tin Win Aung (Bartender) Thura Maung ( Operation Manager) Than Naing Lin (Bell Boy) Soe Aung (Night Security) Then, I celebrated my 43rd birthday party at the HOTEL BALMI roof top restaurant. All the decorations, live music, foods & drinks managed by restaurant manager Patrick & team. My birthday party was my best party I have ever had. All my family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We strongly recommend to stay at HOTEL BALMI whatever the reason in Yangon, Myanmar.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

Our stay in the Junior Suite was absolutely unforgettable, offering a stunning 180° view that left us in awe. The photos we took truly capture the beauty far better than words can. Breakfast was flawless, with a perfect blend of both Western and Eastern options—everything was just right. The reception staff provided excellent advice and support throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. This place was pure heaven for us, and we can’t recommend it enough!

I would like to recommend that for my's experience at Novotel Yangon Max hotel.Firstly I want to say thank for Swam Zaw Zaw Htet. He say mingalarbar with sweet smile and room cleaning service is very good.He always greeting by using my name.I very appreciate about that and will come back for next visit.

Location is superb. It is located in front of the Kandawgyi Lake. The view is unbeatable. Rooms are big and clean. Room service was provided everyday. They have a rooftop bar and a restaurant in the lobby area. Foods quality was good and prices are fair. Staffs are nice but need more training. No business center, no airport transfer and no fax machine available. But, not a deal breaker though. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Staff very nice them help us everything and cheerful Make this trip happy with this hotel alot breakfast not bad we stay here 3night easy to go shewdagon and china town dont worry about location here have minimart about 50m we can walk and buy something if you need 🙏 🇹🇭 ขอบคุณค่ะ ประทับใจการบริการของพนักงานที่นี่มากๆเลยค่ะ

This hotel is ideally located in a central location, near a lake. The neighborhood is safe, a lot of vegetation and calm. The hotel provides different views of the city. Quite beautiful. The staff are professional, well-trained and friendly. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The rooms are comfortably and in good repair. There are many dining options and the food is delicious

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

The room is cleanest possible and has superb view, internet connection is smooth and quick, clerks are polite and attentive, breakfast is excellent and better than any other hotel in Yangon. Only one thing I didn't like is that the refridgerator is too small and already occupied with ”mini bar” stuff, so I couldn't cool down the drinks I got from the nearby supermarket in Myanmar Plaza.

The location and the staff is very good But the facilities are out of date And U’d have concerned more Cleaning the kitchen
