This hotel is soo good.It feel like a five hotel.The view is also good.The breakfast is soo good.The pillow are so fluffy and the hotel is awesome the best but the pool has alot of people because it water festival and it so good the best well it not that bad to be honest.The swimming pool stuff is also good and friendy.(Mr Si Thu,Thu Rain lin,Thura, Tha zin Myat Noe,Kay Thwe)

During Thingyan Festival our family decided to stay here. Right decision ever since we arrived at the hotel. Feels comfortable, relax, warm, clean, see smile from all employees. Really enjoying during 3 days vacation. Thanks to Zealax & Ko Chit, Ko Zaw, Sumon, Sandi, Dani, Zachi, In GYIN

Every little detail about this place and its ammenities was quite impressive ! Modernized and simple, yet a very newly constructed building ! STAFF SERVICE training is the only thing they are ineed of ! Don't expect all staffs to even greet u a Good Morning or a Good Night. I'm not sure what kind of situation they had been going through, but we really need to carry everything by hand ourselves from the basement parking uptill our room despite us requesting help from the front office. One bell boy seemed to have followed and then, he managed to disappear. In the breakfast lounge, tho they have live egg station, soup corner, salad corner, they wouldn't be as welcoming as those happy smiles in the same-priced hotels. The food surely won't let u down ! It's yummy ! And we would be going up & down the elevator with the bell boy and he wouldn't even manage to say Hi or smile. Nevertheless, a relaxing stay with a spectacular view indeed ! I would surely come down again !

We have a great time in ZEALAX Hotel . My favourite part of the time is Myanmar Snack buffet in 2pm -4pm foods are really delicious and fresh and also ice scraper is available in all day . F&B staffs are so helpful one of the staff San D who help for swimming ticket for our kids and other staff Sumon Htay ,Zarni Kyaw ,Ingyin Thant ,KAUNG Waiyan ,Wai Yan Aung ,Kyaw Soe Moe .Thanks everyone .I'll come again.

ZEALAX was chosen as the family Stay Cation on the days of the festival. We stayed in 3 family-friendly rooms called Service Apartment. Except for the wait about 2 hours beyond check-in time because it was the festival, the lobby staff's friendliness and communication made it easy to stay in the room. The restaurant and breakfast are also very delicious. The thing that we completely inconvenient was that if you had plan to go to the bar on the top floor and if you have children under age, you should not choose it at all, even if you are planning jux for foods. The bar employee's speech was completely uncomfortable for In house Guests. It means that you have to pay for alcohol package fees for each person to enter the bar even if you are with underaged kids. We can accept the decision if customers buy package for adults and needs to pay extra for Kids. The worst part is that the employee said that if you can't afford to buy and drink alcohol for all, just go to the Hotel restaurant, it's more cheaper. So, if you are the type of person who is satisfied with going to the bar with kids, let me tell you that it is not convenient at all. Everything was fine except that and that's why I gave it 2 stars.

Indoor pool is nice @ 3rd Flr. Kids had fun a lot. Food is also great. We enjoyed swimming time during Thingyan Holiday with family. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Staffs are helpful to the guests. Thanks to Si Thu, Kaung Lin Htun, Khant Bol, Zarni Kyaw, Ingyin, Ko Zaw Zaw.

Gym room very clean and tightly and gym facilities like as clean water (cold and hot ) and 24 hours AC services. Very quiet and feel like safe to environment I am really enjoying my holiday trip. Staff name -Ko si thu was very polite ,he is supported all the guest.

Excellent service and best place to chill Thanks for your excellent service : Khant Se Thu We used to chill here and to swim once a week. Hotel’s foods are good to choose and reasonable prices for everyone: local and foreigners. Of course, we will come again. (Honest review.no sponsored post)

The staff are very friendly and show a warm smile. Food is excellent and well presented and genuinely should be given this hotel top awards . By the way , zar ni,San D, Ye htut ,thanks you . Overall, hospitality was good. This place is so cozy when you first came in.

Good was delicious and staff are very pleasant and helpful. Very nice hotel, clean rooms, nice views around and pool with sunset view, steam and sauna, open rooftop by reservation, and very nice staff. Quite big breakfast buffet choice. Thanks to Ei, Swan, Aung, Khine, Zwe and the very nice housekeeping team.
