Nice hotel near heilongjiang university subway station, the room quite big n clean. The staff also very helpful n polite. The only thing that i don't like is the smell of the cigarettes from the other room.

The actual room look totally different with the profile, i stayed at 5 fl., bad smells of cigarettes and mala/food. I stayed 4 days and none of the day room were clean out. Room very dark and toilet was not clean. None of them speak english very hard to communicate

After entering the room, neither the TV nor the internet worked. They said the fiber optic cable was broken. They could only change the room for two men to a double room. How could two men live there? Forget it. We took a shower and went to sleep. After washing, the bathroom floor was full of water, and it seeped into the room. They said the sewer was blocked and someone was arranged to clean it. The worst thing was that after cleaning the water on the floor, they actually used the bathroom towel to wipe the floor... Do you dare to stay in a hotel with such hygiene and service?

The room was awful clean, the board at the head of the bed was covered in dust. You could see it when you opened your eyes while lying in bed.

The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the hospital night market, but the hotel's sanitary environment is poor, the facilities are old, it is close to the main street, the sound of cars is very noisy, and the air conditioning is noisy, which affects rest!

There is a billiard room upstairs which is very noisy all night. There are bugs on the bathroom floor which is disgusting.

The room is big, but the air conditioner is not plugged in, only the fan is available, most of the charging sockets are out of power, there are bugs in the toilet, there is only cold water for the shower, no hot water, and the water pressure is pitifully low, it feels like someone peed on me, the curtains are not good at blocking light, there is serious light leakage, the hotel room is next to the billiard hall, if someone suddenly hits the bar, the soundproofing is not enough

A 400-yuan room, like this, and the bathroom doesn’t even have paper. If I ask in the morning, I’ll tell you that you won’t want it if you don’t have it? I'm confused. Is Harbin Hotel so awesome? The sound insulation is very poor. I woke up in the morning listening to mathematics. Next door is an educational institution!

The view is very good, the mood is relaxed, the experience is good, and the price is reasonable!

We played billiards upstairs until dawn, and couldn't sleep at all. It was so bad.
