Nice hotel near heilongjiang university subway station, the room quite big n clean. The staff also very helpful n polite. The only thing that i don't like is the smell of the cigarettes from the other room.

The actual room look totally different with the profile, i stayed at 5 fl., bad smells of cigarettes and mala/food. I stayed 4 days and none of the day room were clean out. Room very dark and toilet was not clean. None of them speak english very hard to communicate

The hotel is in a bad shape. There is a billiard room next to the 8th floor, which is very noisy. The layout of the room does not look like a guest room at all. The big bottle can wake me up in the middle of the night.

It's rubbish. First of all, the lobby is messy when you enter the door. The elevator is also dirty and full of rubbish. The carpet before entering the house is full of stains and sticky. There is a smell in the room. The facilities are shabby and don't look like a hotel at all. The wall is all scratched, there are stains on the sink that haven't been wiped clean, and there are holes in the quilt.

After entering the room, neither the TV nor the internet worked. They said the fiber optic cable was broken. They could only change the room for two men to a double room. How could two men live there? Forget it. We took a shower and went to sleep. After washing, the bathroom floor was full of water, and it seeped into the room. They said the sewer was blocked and someone was arranged to clean it. The worst thing was that after cleaning the water on the floor, they actually used the bathroom towel to wipe the floor... Do you dare to stay in a hotel with such hygiene and service?

The room was awful clean, the board at the head of the bed was covered in dust. You could see it when you opened your eyes while lying in bed.
