This hotel has no lift, and there was nobody to help carry our luggage up the stairs. As me and my family were on the 4th floor, this was quite a big issue for us. The bathroom in our room was very smelly. Also the window was quite dirty with bird poop. And the housekeeping wasnt good, they didnt make the bed or replace bedsheets for three days. One more thing to note is that there is no phone to call reception in the room, if you want to ask them for something then you need to personally go down and talk to them, or can talk to them through wechat. Additionally, the wifi wasnt working. As for the location, it was very accessible as there were many restaurants and markets nearby. But the only good thing in the hotel is the view as it was absolutely stunning, you can see the mountain peaks through the windows and balcony.

Awesome location in the pedestrian area of Yangshuo. Staff is friendly, easy check-in, check-out. Has a rooftop deck with amazing views! We had a 2 story unit with 4 beds. Great for our family of 4.

They have written stargazing room on The room category what I have selected But above the transparent glass on the top they have covered with a shed , you cannot see the sky at all 😅 Bathtub was worst It was waste of my 40% money to choose this room And it was in the fourth floor , there was no elevator in the hotel

The place is neat and in good location. The only issues are (1) noisy at night because of the poor room isolation. (2) the customer service at the front desk somewhat not so accommodating, wanting to have extra charges.

It was quite clean and right in the centre. There was a little noise on a Friday and Saturday night but nothing too bad.

房間整潔乾淨，停車也免費，重要的是樓下就是西街，購物，娛樂很方便，房間還可以看到整個西街和對面的桂林山。雖然樓下是酒吧，但是隔音很好，晚上睡覺也安靜。留了老闆娘微信，下次還會去住這一家。晚上租了一套旅拍服，在酒店房間拍的，房間背景牆跟頭飾挺搭.👍👍👍

服務：店家把無縫銜接做到了極致，續房的空間都沒有。要續住被告知房間已經預訂給他人！真是絕絕子！ 環境：房間面積較小，衞生間裝修簡易排水差。 設施：淋浴噴頭簡陋。房間開關電源設計不合理！不能分開控制電源！

住宿很乾凈整潔，下樓就是西街，離千古情也很近非常方便。風景很好，老闆也很熱情 還給我們推薦好吃的好玩的，下次還來！！！

房間面積比較大，但是被一個超級大的浴缸佔去了一半，顯得很擁擠。住在四樓，沒有電梯，只是入住的時候一個阿姨幫忙拿了一個行李箱，阿姨也累的不行，我們自己也累的夠嗆，以後住酒店一定先看清楚有沒有電梯！ 酒店在西街裏面，晚上休息不好，酒吧唱歌宛如在耳邊，一直唱到半夜。車也開不進去，要把車停在一個走路十分鐘左右的停車場裏，非常不方便。 本來就是看中有陽台，可以晾曬一下衣服，誰知道陽台對着別人烤肉店還是什麼店的煙囱，整個陽台沐浴在油煙中，不敢晾曬，不過他們四樓有平台，可以曬在外面，但也不方便。 總之，帶小孩的，行李多的不建議入住。

媽媽是這是本次出行最滿意的一個酒店 民宿老闆很熱心，所有的要求都儘量滿足 頂樓天台有個小花園，可以俯瞰整個西街的景色，晚上坐在上面吹吹風，聽着樓下清吧的歌聲真的很愜意 最喜歡的是房間有個大陽台，真的太舒服了 酒店雖然處於西街中，但是鬧中取靜，方便又不會影響休息，太愛了

房間很好，很乾凈。配套設施齊全。樓下就是西街，非常方便。樓頂可以小憩，風景很好。入住的是家庭套房，可以住4個人，很方便！

房間裏面很差，近幾年沒住過這麼差的，裏面感覺裝修得有十來二十年。很臟，床單被罩都黃黃的，也不知道換沒換。500+訂的，陽台值500。一般都住酒店，嚇得我不敢再訂民宿了。別説民宿差，以前廈門住過一次民宿，環境衞生都好。
