Ulasan Jingyunge Yinsu Hotel

We soend two days jmin January in this very clesn and cosy B&B. It is located in a quiet area just 3km from west street and very near several attactions such as the dragon cave and the Ruyi peak. The custommer servixe is exellent and they are always helpful. They bring you fruits when you arrive and helped us book attaction with a discount price. Really relaxing and we will definitly come back when we go to Yangshuo. This is the view from the hotel room.

I cannot recommend enough for the service - the receptionists helped us with arrangement of our day trips, attraction tickets and gave us lots of recommendations. They gave us fruits and snacks every day. Breakfast was also good and yummy.

Amazing hotel in a quaint village. Service is outstanding and very warm. They have scooter rental and the pool was quiet. Nearby all attractions such as moon hill, hotspring etc. Would stay again!

Wonderful boutique hotel in the middle of Shili Gallery in Yangshou. Service quality is just perfect. The staff are very helpful and also do their best to make our staff comfortable. A very convenient location to explore all the sights. Every where you turn you are faced with breath taking scenery. The hotel also provides free snacks and drinks and it is very relaxing just to hand out at their hotel or to rent an electric bike to explore the surroundings. The owners also have a restaurant down the road which serves the best food of our trip. Highly recommended!

A truly magnificent stay - highly recommend Even before I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I received a message the day before my reservation to call the hotel. When I called, they asked if they could send me a message on Wechat as they didn’t speak English. The staff simply wanted to know my eta so that they could turn the a/c on in the room to cool it down before I arrived. The hotel is more of a BnB set up than a hotel - similar to a house design. The building is 5 stories high with I guess around 4 rooms on each floor. This makes it perfect to escape the large tourist groups which frequent bigger hotels. When the taxi pulled up outside on the day of my arrival, 2 staff members rushed out to welcome me. Check-in was quick and they told me that they had upgraded me to a bigger room. They also asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day as they had some different ‘Western’ options (think Chinese idea of Western but still okay). I was able to have toast and fried eggs every day. The room is really exquisite - I came alone but would definitely recommend for couples as the bathtub is heavenly. The two balconies offer beautiful views of the karst mountains. The room is also tastefully done up in wicker and white. And the bedding is luxurious. My only recommendation for the room is to add some sachets of instant coffee. The pool is perfect for a cool down and what a spectacular view from the loungers! I swam every day and every day while sitting by the pool, the staff brought me some refreshing lemon water to drink. In addition, every day of my stay they brought me something: day 1 - fresh watermelon and some blueberry thing (candy?), day 2 - baby tomatoes and more blueberry things day 3 - apples and peanuts. On checkout, they prepared a local snack and water bottle for the trip home. The staff at this hotel really go the extra mile and just about bend over backwards to serve you. It’s been a long time since I have seen such eager staff and it makes for a very pleasant change from bored receptionists on their phones. I cannot rate the hotel highly enough for their excellent hospitality service. The location is also perfect - away from the main ***** but an easy 15 minute walk to the river rafts and another 5-10min to the ‘town’ and a variety of eating options. That’s when you turn left when you get to the main road from the hotel (5min walk). Turn right at this road and you can comfortably walk (30 min?) to some other sites like the one with the hole in the mountain (overrated) and an exquisite cave - Dragon cave. If you like caves and the formations within I highly rate this cave. It is truly gorgeous. You can also rent bikes or a scooter 10m in front of the hotel. The staff do not speak English but they communicate via WeChat and are more than happy to help with anything. Overall a truly wonderful stay and cannot recommend enough! Thank you JingYunge

Very good service，all the staff are very kind, helpful and welcome. The room is clean and complete with facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Is very convenient to arrange taxi and rent the electric bicycle. Love it 👍

A very nice experience in this perfect hotel at very reasonable price. Clean facilities, very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Excellent location in the most beautiful area. It with be perfect if coffee can be provided.

Very nice and supportive staffs. They help us to arrange trips and transportations on request. The room and view in the hotel is super. The pool looks great even though we didn’t get the chance to use it due to weather conditions. Can take a short walk near the hotel to see the bamboo raft on the river. Overall I am happy about the experience.

We had a great time at this hotel! They upgraded us to the best room for free, which includes beautiful views, very comfortable bed, and a huge hot tub. The staff was extremely welcoming (gave us snacks) and the breakfast was delicious-Western and Chinese options. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here if they visit!

One of the best hotels we've been to. Incredible view and incredibly friendly staff. Convenient location, very clean room, good pressure from the tap and the bathtub draw quickly (when we choose a room, we always focus on the bathtub)))), delicious breakfasts, wonderful ladies at the reception.

I felt special from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. The customer service is wonderful and attentive. I booked a panoramic room and it was exactly as described…just beautiful. Within walking distance of the quay for river rafting (if you turn left out of the hotel). Breakfast was lovely with a choice of either Chinese or 8 different Western options. I was sad to leave…and even more sad saying goodbye to that bath! Well done to the amazing staff at this small hotel…they really do put the customer experience first!

It was good value for the money. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Employees worked hard to please and accommodate clients. We originally booked four nights but decided to leave early due to change of plan. The management refunded our money almost immediately. We appreciate their understanding and efficiency.
