Highly satisfied with our stay! My friends and I had a really comfortable and pleasant two-day trip. The front desk lady was incredibly kind. A housekeeper also came to clean during our stay, and she was so nice and had an excellent attitude.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The friendly gentleman at the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise!

I stayed at Hanting for a business trip. I had originally booked a standard room, but to my surprise, I ended up getting a family room. The lady at the front desk mentioned that you can pre-select rooms on the Huazhu app. So, if you've booked a twin room but are looking for something more spacious, you can try to secure Room 201. This room is practically two rooms merged into one; the area around each bed is almost as spacious as a standard king room. The room itself was very clean, though it was a little humid, which is expected in Shanghai during the plum rain season. I really liked the scent of the new shampoo and hand soap. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but I was very pleased that there was a station where a staff member could freshly prepare Yangchun noodles. Other items like fruit, soy pudding, steamed buns, and corn were also available.

On a business trip to Shanghai, I booked this hotel after seeing its high rating. Upon arrival, it certainly did not disappoint. The hotel is conveniently located near Wuding Road Metro Station, making transportation very easy. The bedding was spotless and clean. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and always ready to answer any questions. Overall, a fantastic stay.

I felt very comfortable and at ease during my stay, despite the soundproofing not being perfect. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. There was one young lady in particular who I genuinely felt was incredibly kind and sincere towards every guest – it's a pity I didn't get her name, but her heartfelt service was truly palpable. They also proactively helped with my luggage, making me feel very well taken care of.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, being very close to the subway station and right in the heart of Shanghai's city center. Nearby, you'll find an abundance of gourmet snack shops, authentic local Shanghai cuisine, and a wide variety of dishes catering to both northern and southern Chinese palates. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and bright. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the hotel breakfast offers a good variety. Overall, it was a very satisfying hotel experience during my trip to Shanghai.

Nice place and easy to find, lots of restaurants around and very local feel. Only one bad thing is not convenient for taxi pick up and drop off. Overall is good.

Very good location that easy access to every metro such as no 11, no 2 and no 14.

As INdian i liked the stay in total and Indian restuarant is also closeby . however for vegitarians there is nothing in breakfast.
