Excellent hotel service wise. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Best staff I have encountered so far in china, right from cleaning staff to front desk, very cheerful and helpful. During check-in was immediately served water and while checking out even received a small gift. The staff personally sees off the guest to the taxi. 👍👍👍 The rooms are well equipped and comfortable for an overnight trip. Breakfast spread was standard and the food was very fresh and served hot. The roof top restaurant has a great view.

We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel had already prepared a cot for our daughter, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable place to rest. The room was equipped with a variety of drinks and plenty of water, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones. Throughout our time at the Ramada Encore, what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff members.
