Ulasan Mercure Hotel (Yangzhou Dongguan Street)

Best experience during our stay in Mercure Yangzhou. Walking distance to historic spots. Room is 5☆ standard cleanliness and facility. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Definitely will come back on our next visit to Yangzhou.

The staff, from the door man to the customer service , is always taking initiative in looking out for ways to make our stay a pleasant one. A thank you to 石妍艳, for offering a great service (from helping to arrange for late night snack, laundry service and suggestions to enjoy the city).

The hotel was excellent, great location and less than 10 mins walking distance to Gong Guan street which we spend most of our nights there. The hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly, there is actually washing machines/dryer at Level 6 for guest to use at no cost and the cleaner aunties will help to put your laundy to drier , fold and send to your room. Service is really next level. 1 of staff (小 书) extremely helpful and sharing alot of travel info regarding places to visit and locations to get some of best local foods. hotel Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended to stay if you are visiting Yang Zhou

Exceptional service from all the staff, they really went out of their way. Rooms are very good value, high-quality for a good price. The gym was a bit small and inadequate.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

One of the best customer service from the front desk that I have experienced in a long time. 石妍艳 (I think her name is Arial) upgraded my Tatami room to a large king size room and she personally lead us to the room. She added me to her Wechat and forwarded some food guides in Yangzhou. The room is clean. Location is excellent if you want to visit the Dongguan Old Street and the many restaurants within walking distant. She offered to deliver some desserts to our room int he evening. Upon checking out, there was a gift waiting for us. It was a box of the famous candy from Yangzhou. Thanks to 石妍艳 and her colleague for their nice hospitality and gestures.

The service here was absolutely impeccable. From the front desk reception to the security guards, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself overlooked the canal and the location was convenient. Hotel also offered snacks and different foods based on the day you are there. 100% recommend if you are visiting Yangzhou. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time.

The friendliness of the hotel staffs is superb; hotel is only 2 mins away from the famous 'Dong Guan Street' and the ancient canal attraction (build before Tang Dynasty) is just accross the road.

Very helpful staff! Had a issue with my room and they were able to help me out fast and efficiently. Everyone at this hotel is helpful kind and very nice.  The location is great and you can find lots of good food around. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they’re visiting Yangzhou for a few days to see the sights. Also very foreigner friendly and they have staff that speaks English. 😊

An excellent hotel which we will stay at again. The location is next to Dongguan Street and 15 minutes away from Ge Yuan, one of four national gardens of China.

Great location, only a minute away to dongguai historic street, service is great, stuff are so welcome and making you feel like at home, breakfast is great, coffee has nice aroma taste, I would definitely to stay again.
