Nice stuff and clean area , the hotel is very big with a lot of activities and areas to discover that you won’t get bored at all

Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!

فندق جميل نظيف مكان رائع للراحة فيه شيء واحد فقط سلبي وهو التعامل نوعا ما هناك تفرق بين النزلاء فلاجانب لهم معاملة خاصة ولكن الشعب العربي له تعامل اخر وكذلك زرت الفندق في 2018وزرته هذا العام 2022 تغير سيئ بالنسبة للفندق فخلال الاقامة تلاحظ هناك ازمة مالية نوعا ما وهذا لغير صالح الفندق

Great hotel, staff great, 24hr All inc..rooms big, beds comfy. Everything is looked after here. Food plentiful & nice. Not much need to leave the hotel t.b.h, but next to medina with shops selling usual things. Great experience. Room had kettle, microwave, fridge, safe, hairdryer , air con , all included..will be back!!

The hotel is lovely. Staff are amazing and the most friendly and helpful staff of any hotel we have visited. They can not do mire for you and have helped us find out way in this beautiful country. Feo. The bar and restaurant staff to the energetic and fun animation team who are always around to encourage all the family to get involved in activities. We would come back for sure.

Very good Hotel, great staff and animation team. THE food was good ,could always find something to suit you .The room we had was OK room 1111 a few issues at the start but was soon sorted . Jamel Messai chef de bar and Muhammad the waiter were very helpful, but saying that all the staff were great A1 . Thanks.

Upon arrival we were wowed by the exterior look of the hotel, and check in was great, very informative and really friendly, brought us some lovely refreshments whilst we were taken through the hotel map (which is huge). We were given a fab 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment complete with a kitchen, living room, balcony and second external area. The food was ok, though doesn’t seem to keep hot under the hot lights and the drinks are what you’d expect from an all inclusive. Great market area with plenty of shops for those shopaholics. The entertainment team were good, though there was one of the girls who needs to understand safety of children. There were a couple of groups of children playing one evening and she kept telling them to go and play outside (next to a pool) or ushering them out by the hand, I feel if they were creating a safety issue she should be just asking them to not run around/sit where they are sitting or just pick up with the parents, not be putting them in danger by making them play outside unsupervised by the pool (especially when it’s is heavily raining and the pool side is slippy - hence why they were playing inside in the first place as there are no covered areas to sit outside when it’s bouncing it down). The pool area in the daytime is great, not too manic which can be the case at family friendly resorts. The lifeguards are very friendly and happy to help. Overall this venue is good, it’s just the female entertainer’s lack of safety knowledge when it comes to children that is a cause for concern.

Hotel is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are lovely. Animation team are brilliant, everything well organised and so much going on. Came just me and my son who’s 4 and also has adhd and autism and I really can’t fault the staff for their friendliness and help. Recommend this hotel to friends and family back home. Will 100% be returning 😊

Hotel was lovely & clean, pool area fun & energetic. Animation team, happy, friendly, good at getting people involved. Only downfall is the food. They do no cater for allergies. However after speaking with the manager they did then cater for my child.
