I should have read the info about the hotel before booking I didn't realize that there was no parking available. The room was extremely warm all the time with the temperature above 27 degrees Celsius. And unable to open the window because it is screwed shut. There’s zero view from the room. The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, the fan in the room had a dirty cloth on it with a tea bag stuck in the fan shroud. Some of the furniture is damaged and showed wear and tear of its age. The front entrance started leaking from two locations right at the front doors very inconvenience entering and exiting the hotel lobby. Also during the stay the fitness center was unable to be used by patrons. There was also no coffee/ tea for the in room kettle.

I satisfied with J house everything. Iocation,hospitality,large bathroom with hot shower,kitchen equipment.quite mood. . JUST one thing I want is room light a little dark. I recommend this house.

About 20 min from the airport. Great shuttle service. Beds were comfy, the rooms and hotel were clean and well maintained. Convenient dining (with a good view of outside) and lounge, with great food. located right in the hotel. Staff was accommodating and informative. Also, would stay there again. I think the only thing missing, was a little store for toiletries and snacks.

The rooms are clean and well-furnished. Check in and check out was super smooth. They don’t have a airport shuttle, so take a white cab and get a voucher from registration. The location is very close/walkable to the downtown and to the museum. The restaurant on-site is also solid and reasonable. WiFi varies depending on which room you were in, also. It’s a convenient pickup spot for all the tours we did, so that was great. There were a few quirks where you may find yourself having to follow up for certain requests, but it’s a solid 3-star level hotel that’s clean and convenient. Would stay again.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. Our room smelled great! The staff was friendly. The location is the best selling point - within walking distance of both Old Town and downtown. Our only ”complaint” is that we left our card out asking for a room cleaning and didn't get one, then the next morning when we called and asked they said they would get to it the next day. And they did, although our coffee cups were not taken/replaced. It's truly a small complaint, I'd recommend this hotel.

My stay at your hotel was excellent as usual. I would recommend this to my family and friends, if they should ask on how the hotel is. The only setback is that homeless people have found out that people are always willing to give and this can sometimes unpleasant to see them, although they are helpless, I sometimes get scared to go outside to smoke or go out to shop.
