Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

Very near the station about 10 minutes walk. You will get a voucher to change for freshly cooked food using the hot spring just beside the hotel entrance but it closes by 8PM so make sure you check in by then. Hotel room is spacious and clean! Great price for the room! Breakfast is decent and sufficient.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown. The staff members are professional and friendly. What impresses me most is the way in which the hotel staff demonstrates the use of hot spring to boil some veggies.

The location is good and the restaurant for breakfast is wonderful. In addition, the hot spring facility in the room is terrific.

Location is very good, with shops and eateries nearby. Hotel room is clean, spacious too. With free flow of coffee at the lobby. Love the vegetarian breakfast. The only setback is, there is only one lift in the building. Me and my family waited for quite sometime for the lift upon check out.

Amazing experience. The hotel is new, clean, comfy with full amenities. The room is spacious, comes with private hot spring, and fully automated Toto toilet bowl. Highly recommended.

Room was bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a huge hot spring bath in the room. The hotel provided vouchers which can be used to exchange for egg or veg to cook in the hot spring outside the lobby. Good location. Walked along the main road at night, there were a lota of shops and street food.

The place is great fit for couple or family. They have various activities like fish feeding and cook the eggs using the hot spring water for free.

Heard that this hotel is newly renovated, yes it’s nice n space in room, love the spa tub n spring water, also like the free fish spa. Overall is a pleasant stay, if price can be lower will be best, thanks

Yilan city is very beautiful, also I love the hotel environment and their service. Attitude was really good.

查網cp值是高，此次體驗我與朋友甚感無言，與評論略不符合。第一，清潔就很有問題，原本第一天沒感覺，第二天早晨起床後，才發覺莫名四個胞（抓到床下及周邊有跳蚤）與店舖反應，無其他處理？只有抱歉？我花三千多換一句抱歉？我被盯四個胞很癢誒！ 第二，早餐 buffet 空間小就算了，僅一小時吃！有分流！ （但還算可以啦 吃的還算給過） 第三，服務，算了吧！光第一點就這樣處理了，服務會好到哪裡去！？ 尖峰時間，櫃檯兩三人，看就瞎忙，聊天？嗯，很會聊。 離峰時間，接待賓員，是下班了嗎？ 直接坐在櫃檯旁，翹二郎腿？門面誒，主管都沒在管？
