This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Yingde hotel features parking on site. 我們去到的時候，師傅還在更換電線，當時候有點不滿意，但是師傅也很快10分鐘就維修完成。一樓的電視區就是ktv，我們本週去的時候周邊入住率很高基本都住滿了。我們住的這個別墅沒有攜程介紹的四個衞生間，共3個，一樓一個公共衞生間（大床房隔壁），二樓兩個房間（一個雙床，一個上下鋪）均帶衞生間，三樓頂樓看得出是加建的雙床房沒有衞生間，下午早上是真的很熱，幸好空調還能頂得住。但整體而言，衞生都比較乾淨整潔，我們説泳池有浮葉，管家小哥也很快幫我們撈好，都一呼百應，服務還是很可以的。
關於停車：停車費是自費2元/小時，封頂20元/天。
關於廚房：廚房我們本次使用的是做早餐，晚餐次日午餐都是在附近1.3km的喜悦河鮮吃的。廚房配套一個電磁爐電飯煲一個5人份左右湯鍋一個炒鍋，有排插提供，沒有蒸架建議自備多一個電磁爐比較方便。冰箱比較大也冷，這點還是不錯的。
關於其他：
ktv有**歌跟較多兒歌，孩子還是開心的。晚上8：30巧克力王國應該是燒煙花了，我們別墅位置看不到。管家説商業街可以看到煙花，但商業街很簡陋，天氣太熱我們也沒停留。
本趟最不滿意就是停車不能停到別墅門口，因為別墅是連着的，所以衹能停到每個區域的停車場，不過位置還是夠的。管家也會幫忙搬行李，但天氣就真的比較熱🥵。
泳池：泳池有救生圈這個挺好。
剛去很不滿意，入住下感覺服務拉滿，還是整體滿意的。

很讚的酒店👍 性價比超高啊 想不到現在連鎖酒店也“卷”起來 我們是從廣州到巧克力王國遊玩 結束後入住這裏的（大約半小時車程）服務設備都很不錯哦 第一次入住桔子 這家是新開的 一切都很新很乾凈 這裏已經90分了哈哈 然後管家前台服務都很好很nice 房間大部分都是orange主題 女兒好新奇一直説還要再來住 我們點外賣都很方便 智能機器人送到房門前👍 還有水飲料糖果贈送 早餐雖然不算很大 但是五臟俱全種類還可以了 這是我住過體驗感最好的連鎖酒店 推薦推薦👍

工作日錯峯出行，房價600多，攜程會員享受了免費升級為一線湖景房
先説酒店優點：
環境毋庸置疑，面對一片湖光山色，確實賞心悦目，酒店配備好幾個户外泳池，這個對親子旅遊來説很吸引；酒店到寶晶宮景區也就步行幾分鐘路程
雖説酒店有一定年份，但衞生情況還不錯，房間寬闊；
前台工作人員態度好，免費延遲退房；入住後發現房間門鎖有點小問題，也是快速滿足我的要求為我換房間；
酒店接站服務，我一開始以為是酒店專屬汽車，其實應該是跟個人合作的（接送的是5座小汽車），派車接送，但司機大哥也是挺樸實，沒到站就提前來電。告知接站相關事情。
再説説酒店一些有待提升的地方：
非節假日時，酒店西餐廳衹作自助早餐衹用，晚上不營業，客人用餐要麼在酒店旁邊的中餐廳或者開車到村上農家樂；自助早餐品種不算多（對比廣佛同級價位的温泉酒店而言）
酒店房間分AD及BC兩大區域，每個區衹有兩台電梯，很多時候難免要等好一會；我住的是C區，電梯沒空調，炎炎夏日，一眾客人擠在電梯的感受可想而知😂而且房間分佈有點讓人反應不過來，一出電梯，看不到房間分佈指示，觀察一下，才知道是出電梯後往右手邊推開玻璃門，房間就分佈在半開放式的連廊，但連廊也是沒有房間分佈指示
温泉不在酒店裡，但也有觀光車接送，步行也就400米左右，
温泉配套確實與同價位的温泉酒店有一定差別：温泉區沒有更換毛巾，衹有在更衣室內有更換毛巾，而且部分毛巾已經是脱線😂
温泉區服務人員也不足，但工作人員服務態度還是挺好的；温泉區內衹有紅茶、白開水
温泉水質還是挺乾淨的，但好幾個温泉池池底有細沙，按摩池剛好維修中，聽説整個暑假期間都不對外開放；休息就餐區裏肉眼可見桌子有好些污跡，休息區提供的餐飲品種衹有西瓜，紅茶
總體來説，如果是親子游，對温泉沒有太大要求的話，這裏還是值得推薦的

環境：獨棟別墅私隱top～還有自動麻將桌任玩，泳道及温泉都很乾凈，周邊環境衞生也維護得很好。
設施：早幾年來過一次，這次再來依然抗打，該有的都有，除了早餐餐廳稍微舊一點，房間及公共區域都沒話説。還有桌球，乒乓球任意玩，温泉區小吃通通免費等等～
服務：入住期間無論前台還是搞衞生的阿姨，還是温泉去的工作人員，全部都笑臉迎人，態度都很好。特別感謝管家珠珠，發消息諮詢也及時到位的回覆。
這次帶着家人一起來度假，長輩們都很滿意説下次還來喔😊

PPengguna TetamuIt's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

PPengguna Tetamu來之前在小紅書看到幾個博主推薦，於是就訂了這件民宿。來了以後希望自己能從遊客的角度給一箇中肯的評價，對後面的遊客有幫助。
首先值得肯定的地方：
1.服務熱情。所有的服務人員態度都很好，並且努力幫我們解決問題。房間裏有大馬蜂，阿姨幫我們打；我們提出正對衞生間浴室的窗簾是有很多孔的，不安全，小哥也拿了垃圾袋幫我們遮擋起來。餐廳的服務人員也都很周到。
2.寵物友好，可以看到很多家庭帶的可愛狗狗，各種大狗狗和修勾。
3.可以免費充電，有三個充電樁，可以預約充電。
再來談談覺得不太滿意的地方：
1.房間設施太簡單。“榻榻米大床房”裏沒有電視沒有沙發，甚至連床都沒有，就是一個大床墊放在木地板上。
2.周邊沒有什麼便利店、餐館。周圍都是村裡的房子，沒有風景和商業可言。外賣有幾家，都是299起送，配送費幾十起的，基本意味着要在民宿訂餐。
3.周圍環境：周圍就是普通鄉間房屋的樣子，且在馬路邊，大車路過會很吵，想在民宿周圍走走逛逛是沒什麼可逛的。最近的積慶裏景區大概8.5公里，駕車20分鐘。我們今早去積慶裏的景點玩，發現湖邊就有酒店和民宿。
4.民宿內環境：基於上一點，如果入住這間民宿，不開車出去的話，基本就是在民宿裏消磨時間了。民宿裏有一些設施，但是不太能滿足需求：一間KTV房（每個房間的客人可以預約一小時），游泳池（不太大，適合小朋友們玩），健身房（正對泳池，裏面衹有一台跑步機，一台橢圓機，一台動感單車），書吧（環境不錯，不過我們去的時候二樓沒開空調，很熱），草地上有幾個鞦韆。小朋友們一起可以玩得開心，對於成人而言，沒什麼意思。民宿內還有幾處地方可以拍照，我也是看了小紅書的圖種草的，來了以後發現也就那幾個可以拍照的地方了。
總的來説，個人感覺這是一個適合親子、有寵物的自駕出遊的家庭住的地方。對於我這種外地來的，以遊玩為目的的客人來説，不太合適。希望能夠給後面的遊客一些幫助。

AAsitelahanlizhi酒店開在茶廠內，裝修有點年月了，但好在保養的不錯，整體還挺乾淨、舒適，還有籃球場、羽毛球館和泳池。
雙人房面積不算大，床上用品乾淨，枕頭睡得舒服，空調足；洗手間乾濕分離，抽風強，熱水充足，沒有異味。
有個大窗户，採光好，景觀不錯！
酒店前台的美女們態度親切，房間內配的茶葉喝完了，及時補貨，離店時還送了茶葉，一樓設有茶葉展廳，提供試喝，價格挺實惠的。
住客提供自助早餐，品種不算多，但供應充足，粥、炒粉、包子等都有，還有一個湯粉（麪）很不錯，雖然衹是簡單的瘦肉粉，但肉新鮮好吃。
不過酒店位處英紅鎮上，附近商業不多，離紅旗茶廠、巧克力樂園都不遠。

PPengguna TetamuThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

BBENJAMIN ROBERTThe hotel was very good - easy check-in (other hotels can be rather difficult these days due to COVID), and a very decent breakfast of pork noodles and coffee. The room was superb though - very neat and clean and beautiful, better than I expected it to be. There were lots of nice touches, like the room having a bluetooth connection so you could play music through room speakers, and some free tea, and drinking water on-tap. Service was very pleasant too.
The town itself isn't too exciting, but you're in easy reach of the cave and glass bridge and other attractions. If visiting Jiulong ideally it's best if you drive there, but taxis are cheap if you need one.

MMark’sBeautiful modern resort hotel with separate villas. I stayed in the latter which are enormous, with decent appointments. Notable are the in-ground hot spring pools - each are large and in private garden settings. Location is beautiful with dramatic karst formations surrounding and within the grounds. Warning - bring your own car, hotel transportation is expensive at 6yuan per km.

They cooked meals for us, and even helped us arrange transport to the attractions in the area. The B&B is in a peaceful village near the places of interest. Outside the house, the owners keep chickens and maintain a vegetable garden. The air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. In fact there's a mountain outside the house that looks great in photos! We stayed on the second floor family suite which was well maintained and also includes a spacious living room. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this B&B to anyone who loves the countryside :)

PPengguna Tetamu設施：在大山上能有這樣的設施服務已算相當不易，房間夏有空調冬有柴爐，私人泳池 湯池，户外浴缸，贈送2包英紅九號小袋有機茶還配有茶具可自己泡茶喝
衞生：可以感受到在入住前店家有專門清掃過，衹是上山蟲子真的很多有些小蟲子也是無法避免的，這點可以理解
環境：想來選擇這裏的人大部份還是因為這裏的環境，與世隔絕，清凈，遠離城市的紛擾，睡醒睜眼是山的感覺真的是太美好了
服務：員工應該都是本地的居民，有求必應，有問必答，衹是還希望能夠更多可以主動一些，在入住前可以提前聯繫一下，在道路選擇上可以提供建議。建議每個房間可以提供花露水以及手電筒。
民宿餐食個人很滿意，人多的時候早餐是自助，內容雖然樸實但是絕對能吃飽，午餐和晚餐有菜單可以選擇，米飯管飽，價格合理，真真正正的農家菜，味道不錯！
喜歡喝咖啡的朋友建議帶一包咖啡豆，店家有手動磨豆機和手沖工具提供，需要冰的朋友需要提前和店家説，他們會幫忙製冰。
最後關於路線選擇：上山有兩條路：
1: 由530鄉道再走山路上山，這條路距離較短，雖然全線是水泥鋪裝路面但是路很窄，無法會車！我入住時山下有兩處塌方路面，對自己車技信心不足的朋友可以避開此條路線，老司機可無視，我自己是35km的路慢悠悠開了一個小時
2:由361鄉道轉山路上山，這條路會多繞幾公里，但是有點就是好開！路寬，就算是最後一部份山路也可以會車毫無壓力。
最後：建議上下山一定要趁着天亮的時候去

MMelbiesThe location is good, can walk to the nearby town for shopping and food. The surrounding area is very beautiful. My friend and I walked or rode bikes around and it was amazing. The room is comfortable, good WiFi and good shower pressure. Thank you to this hotel for accepting foreigners when other hotels or guests would be afraid of foreigners. We a human too, thank you 😎👍🏼
