這次出差義烏選擇了維也納，停車場很大，不僅免費停車，就連停車場也有充電樁，解決了電車出行充電焦慮，好評！房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，旁邊還有個麥當勞，周邊環境不錯，前台的服務也太好了，耐心指引！下次來佛堂直接預訂就完事了

Very nice place! It’s furnished with traditional Chinese furniture and decorations, gives very good impression. The rooms are clean and modern, everything (including window curtains) is controlled by a panel next to the bed. Location is fine, many nice hot pots around!

位置優越，交通便利，出門幾分鐘就能走到地鐵站。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務態度好，非常主動和熱情。早餐品種多，性價比高。 性價比很高的三星級酒店，房間非常乾淨，服務態度親切，下次還會選擇這裏。

下午茶:酒店很貼心，每天準備不同的甜品和每日的蛋撻，非常用心。 迷你吧:房間內配有鐵觀音和大紅袍，還有茶點。 安睡禮包:貼心準備了蒸汽眼罩 服務：非常好，很為顧客着想，晚上室外做做還有前台小姐姐幫忙上前台特製的檸檬水 環境，衞生，設施：方面都很發表，房掃姐姐，還特地詢問我們房間有沒有特殊需求。 整體入住感覺很贊，而且感覺這份服務，真的物超所值，酒店的早餐也是非常豐富的。種類很全，非常多。這家酒店當之無愧的五星

因為對店鋪印象真的很不錯，所以來很認真的評論了，酒店是剛裝修沒多久的，進門是一股好聞的茶香味，前台説是老闆娘特地去買的香薰，也是我種草很久的全季禪茶，這種細節讓我瞬時間覺得店家很有品位，前台很有耐心，辦入住也很快，電梯貼了貼紙，寫着餐廳的位置，走廊鋪了厚厚的地墊，房間很大，入户有，掛衣服和換鞋的地方，廁所的鏡子可以開燈，對於需要化粧的女生來説很友好。馬桶是智能馬桶，浴室乾濕分離，毛巾蓬鬆厚實，電視很大，可以看一些免費的節目電影，窗簾，智能開關可以做到95%的遮光房間有凳子和小圓桌，日常完全夠用，雙層玻璃隔音比較好，浴室門口放有吸水地巾，真的是細節滿滿！！！

Ini adalah kali pertama saya menginap di hotel yang menjimatkan kos, peralatan hotel dengan harga hotel, saya tidak memperhatikannya semasa membuat tempahan. Saya rasa saya tidak boleh bangun pada waktu pagi ketika saya tidur lewat. Apa yang boleh saya makan dengan harga yang rendah pastinya roti kukus, tetapi saya bangun dahaga keesokan harinya. Saya berfikir untuk minum semangkuk bubur, tetapi pelbagai sarapan lebih baik daripada yang saya fikirkan. Terlalu banyak, bumbung bangunan boleh di bawah sinar matahari, anda boleh minum teh dan pakaian kering. Terdapat bank kuasa di pintu masuk lif di setiap tingkat. Selamat hari, saya sangat mengesyorkan rakan-rakan yang melakukan perjalanan perniagaan untuk memilih kediaman mereka

They were supposed to give me a room with a window to the street. They charged me for that as well. But the room was in the opposite side, toward to the parking lot. But the place was super clean, and the equipment in the room are also cool.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.
